This post office is severely understaffed. There is never less than a 15-30 minute wait in line, no matter what time of day you visit.

The absolute worst post office ever. This is same as government.terrible. Waste people's time. They take break for 2 hours and 1 person for 30 customers. Absolutely a disgrace

One of the slowest USPS centers in the area. Never more than one person working the counter. Expect at least a 10-15min wait.

Every time I come to this location (if I can find parking), the staff is extremely slow or miserable (or both). If Lori is working, then just head to the location on Airport Road.... dealing with her is not worth the trouble! I was the only one in the location and she did not bother to assist me until she felt like it. She also denied me service because one of my labels on one of my packages wasn't blacked out enough (even though it matched the photos, I will include a photo for reference). When I told her that's fine, I have other packages... she rolled her eyes, groaned, and ranted how I was a liar that a location would ever accept my package as such. I run my business through USPS, looks like I will be making a switch if they continue to hire people as miserable and pathetic as Lori ❤️

This is the worst USPS in the area I’ve seen. They only have one window. Then they have to reboot the computer and says that will take 10 minutes. There’s always a long line. You would be better off driving to the Downingtown Post Office. You could be there and back before you’d get to the window at WC.

I’m a college student, and this was my first (and last) time using this office. Criminally understaffed, service was abysmal, and I waited over an hour to have an insured letter sent. I’m a patient person; however the slowness of this service makes me think if I started walking now, I could hand deliver my package to Florida before I made it to the front of the line. Epitome of a government facility.

They randomly close for several hours in the middle of the day and won't return at their posted time to return. Like many other people I shipped a 24 lb package from here and it was Destroyed upon arrival. Now I have to file a claim with USPS and Ebay

Easily the worst location for reliability.They only post hours within a standard workday, meaning you cannot go before or after work.When you do find time to go over lunch, they are closed anyway because of “staffing issues”.No other location in the area has this problem. Go to airport road. Go to exton. Just do not ever rely on going to this location.

I go out of my way to come here because the service is so much better than any local post office. Gary at the front desk is quite literally always there and is so friendly… it feels like he knows everyone in town. You can always find parking within a block or so to quickly run inside. Just wish their hours were longer. Also if your review is complaining about CALLING the post office you are obviously not up with the times on how short staffed they are. Don’t expect an answer just go by in person

Sadly there is no option for a "zero" in these reviews. The ONLY thing that keeps this particular Post Office from devolving into a steaming mass of waste is the few mail carriers they have left who are truly conscientious. Sadly the staff at the actual office are FAR from such and generally seem unhappy that customers actually expect them to do something.......anything.These people aren't "quiet quitting"........they never STARTED!
