Sweet, local post office. Part of what living outside the borough is about. Personal and friendly!

The woman who works at the counter is the WORST. Purposely did not ship my packages which are now LOST. They were never scanned in. She is beyond rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Someone FIRE HER and get an employee at this location who actually enjoys their job and helps customers. HORRIBLE.

Nice place. It is a one person show I think they do a good job given this fact. very nice and helpful. Easier than going to downtown West Chester for counter service.

Never open when they are supposed to be. Why post your lobby hours when the doors are always locked ?

Best Post Office in the county...bar none. Friendly, efficient, accommodating with a 'country store' atmosphere.

This isn't just the best PO nearby -- the best I've ever known full stop. Susan, the Postmistress here, should get a medal, if the US Postal Service awards such things and if they don't, she's reason enough for them to start. You smile as soon as you walk in, because she's decorated it to make you do so. They should send aspiring Postal workers here to learn attitude and happiness. Nuff said?
