Normally I wouldn’t leave such a terrible review, but this is the third time I’ve been to this store, where I question their hiring process. Stand in line for 10 minutes, get to the front, lady rudely tells me she can’t scan my document. You could tell she was majorly flustered, but really? I guess even if you can’t do it, maybe not make it sound like I was asking you to cure cancer. Not a “sorry, I wish I could help”, or, “my apologies, but if you come back later.” “I can’t do this, you have to come back.” Okay, can I do it myself? If you know how to do it, you can do yourself. If you need anything other than someone taping up your box, go somewhere else. Rude encounters, incompetent workers, that’s the expectation now. What a waste.

Whether I need stamps, returning something or shipping something everyone there greets me by name very friendly they take care of me efficiently and promptly. It is the only UPS store that I will go to. I love all of them they’re great.

Hate how they question my returns for Amazon like scan the QR code and lets go... Went their again today for another return and the short idk who she was worker had a nasty attitude and refused to help with the self service computer and now my return is in limbo. THANK YOU UPS!! FOR AGAIN MESSING UP YET ANOTHER RETURN!!!!
