I received an email indicating that a delivery requiring a signature would be delivered between 2-6pm. While I was out, the window was changed to 11:45am - 3:30pm. I returned home to find a “sorry we missed you” note on the door. The time delivered was 11:07am. 1) Who changes these notifications? 2) Why bother with the technology when drivers do what they want, when they want?
On Monday the same thing happened. New time 11:35am. The doorbell rang at 11:10am. I asked the driver about it. He said he doesn’t have anything to do with email notifications, and besides “it’s just a guideline.” Of course you can now pay a fee to change the time or the place of delivery. UPS is about the same as USPS these days.

Spoke with a representative on the phone who answered by saying what continuously. Just rude. Hung up before making sure my concerns were addressed. Just rude!

UPS has the absolute worst and most atrocious auto call list. All I wanted to do was talk to one person just to confirm my package was all good but no, I have to jump thru hoops and even when typing in my tracking number THREE TIMES the stupid bot “I’m sorry I didn’t get that”. I swear some companies have these ridiculous bot lists and make it a whole mission just to speak to someone. I hate ups

What is the 610 area code number for the West Chester, PA shipping hub?
I have a UPS driver who doesn't like to make deliveries to the front door, as is specified on my UPS mMy Choice account. Instead, he likes leaving packages on the roof of my car, on a lawn chair in the front yard or leaning up against a car in the driveway. This despite the fact that I left a big lawn sign out front, directing him to the front door. The sign also made sure that he leaves Amazon packages on the front porch also. He had to walk right past it to leave the package in my driveway today. I only have this problem with my weekly driver. The guys on the weekends don't seem to have a problem walking the package to the front door.
How come when Jim Zack was my driver, we didn't have these problems?

UPS driver keeps updating my deliveries saying “customer requested pickup” when i have not made such requests. He has done this multiple times and ups allows it. I’d give 0 stars if that were a possibility.

Always closed. I'm sure it's to serve me better, LOL. Not, it's all about big business money, not just your personal package. Finally got to someone. Rudeness guy I even meet.

Package was delayed several days due to "severe weather " even though it was 50 and sunny out. Trying to get a person on the phone is ridiculous and all the woman did was keep repeating what I already had seen in their website. Delivery attempt was never actually made and they could not get my package to me in time.

Driver couldn't find my apartment door, all the apartments have a shared interior space and are next to each other. Didn't even attempt to make the delivery. Whether it was delivered to my door, or the shared space, it wouldn't make a difference all the doors are so close to each other. I have only had issues with this distribution center and UPS. Unfortunately this review will do nothing because these people do not care, and will reply and pretend to care. UPS will continue to exist and give bad service constantly. Here I write standing trying to raise the tide, and into the wind.

Refused to answer any questions about the situation when I called to discuss the issue at hand. They said their drivers have another instance of delivery notifications than the main office you call does. Apparently when you need an adult signature for your package to be dropped off, the driver can just say a normal signature is required the next day. So I signed the paper left saying just a signature was required, to return the next day from work to find that I have to go pick my package up because this is their final delivery attempt. Then when I call support they say their drivers can't see the package needs an adult signature. So they can say a day before it just requires a signature, and then the next day say it needs a pickup at the closest ups package center. But then you call support and they say the package required an adult signature. So why do the drivers and the actual company have different information? No one is on the same page it seems...

Super unhelpful and a bunch of lazy liars, was told package was to be at my house by 1030am got up at 9am and keep eye on tracking never updated waited till about noon just to find a miss you note on my door and when they made zero attempt to ring the bell or anything, said it was at an access point which was another lie cause it wouldn't be sent there till next business day so called the main terminal to see if the driver could turn around or I could go there to get it, person on the phone keep giving me the run around with my questions and procced to blame me for not answering my door and I would have to wait another week for an item I paid for 2 day shipping most pathetic company I've ever dealt and worse experience ive ever had shipping or receiving item UPS should be ashamed of this Terminal

UPS was not a customer center. I had tracking #s to trace and the person working said I had none. Strange, I got one that day.
