The staff of this franchise location doesn't seem to care about the Amazon return customers. Not sure what kind of cooperate deal/contract they have, but the person there made it loud and clear that if I am just "shipping" Amazon returns, he doesn't care if the packages get lost or damaged because he didn't "ship" them. I understand that these stores probably don't make much on the returns. However, if this is their own business, they should treat all customers equally, and treat Amazon returns as opportunities to grow their business, not nuances.

Everytime i come in here, an associate says "ill do this for you today but there's a kiosk (amazon return) and the last time was "ill do this for you but you need to make sure package is sealed (i asked for a piece of tape for the top of box). Thank you UPS for always doing something to help me. I understand you may hate your job but no need for the extra comments and attitude. Will not come here again..

Quick and easy, the UPS worker just took the package, threw some tape on, and sent my Google Pixel Buds Pro back to Google.I worry that something isn't going to go well with them judging by how young the people that work there are and considering how lazy young college kids are.

Zack at the East goshen UPS store was so kind and helpful. I am seriously nervous sometimes walking into places for returns because of people seeking annoyed but he was so pleasant!!

I asked to have my package put in a box. Then I just want to make sure that it was okay. And make sure every but everything made it into the box. My mother made a blanket from her granddaughter and it took many many hours to put it together so I was a little cautious. I said to the person behind the counter could I watch you pack it. The person said that he was there for ten years and he doesn't usually let people watch the him handling packages. He got an attitude and after spending over a $150 to send it rush delivery and for him to package our special package. He just didn't take care of anything. I am Extremely upset with how he handled it. He didn't have the customer service... He just was rude. Usually the UPS store store pack it in front of you to make sure that all of your items are accounted for inside the box. He went against the rules.

I have had multiple interactions with the people at this store both as shipper and recipient. In every case they have been highly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Every one has actively provided useful information and, when necessary, worked to resolve any issues.

Called in advance and employee assured me shipping dry ice wasn't an issue. 30 minutes later the "store manager" calls with a s*** attitude and tells me what I was told wrong after already being almost there. Time and gas wasted. Went to FedEx down the street and took care of it no problem.

I've come here a couple times before work with packages that were mistakenly sent to me. They open at an early convenience (8am) and are always quick and painless! They always know what questions to ask and help me anyway they can! Thanks for being awesome!

They tried to nickel and dime me on tape, paper and boxes for Amazon returns. Based on the reviews I read it is clear there’s a pattern of discrimination against “Colored” customers. Terrible attitude and customer service.

This UPS store is the worst one I went to till date , the guy charges for fixing the label on the parcel , and put a tape.Better go for a drop off rather going here

I went the The UPS Store to get a Label printed out by sending it to their email (like I do at the Fedex print store). It cost me $2.85 + Tax. I had previously gone to the FedEx printing store and it only cost me 15 cents a copy. I will not go back the the UPS Store for copies. It is a total rip off.
