Two dudes working in there having a casual conversation. My pregnant wife came in with two large packages. No greeting, no acknowledgment, then had to stand there and wait for them to finish their conversation before being attended to. Need Customer Service 101 training. Happened ~1:30pm Tues 7/1

Talk about service with a smile! Zach (owner) went above and beyond to help me get my documents notarized at another business place nearby, and back to his UPS store to ship my documents overseas. I’ll never forget his kindness. I’m a customer for life!!

For the past 10 years, no Matter what time of the year, especially Christmas, this specific UPS store has the most kind, warm, friendly, helpful staff. They make my life so much easier. I pray they never move from their location

Went back to this store just because I was in the area and maybe some change had happened since I was there last.
Nope still telling people to use the Amazon return area even though it is busy and the associates are not. I left because the person in front of me had several returns and was having some trouble herself. (Plus a kid was hanging all over her)
I just thought the UPS associates would be there to help move the line along. Like the other associates do in all the other UPS stores in this area. But I guess this is the one store that doesn’t care.

Disappointing experience ~ needed to ship something heavy, they had the perfect box for it, told them I got a cheaper rate for UPS (same delivery service) through 3rd party and i asked if I could buy the box they had and package myself. They said sure, it would be $19.95 for the box! that was absurd for a cardboard box! I caved and shipped through them having them package it. Once I got the receipt it was actually $9.80 for the box and almost $11 in packaging fees I wouldn’t have needed. It cost me roughly $30 extra to bring this to the store and have them package it and ship it at a higher rate than I got online. Insane. Pays to just drop things off and package at home.

My family and I have been loyal customers of this locally owned and operated UPS Store for years, and for good reason. Whether we’re shipping packages, returning Amazon items that didn’t work out, or handling other mailing needs, this is always our go-to place.
Zach, Ciara, and the entire team are incredibly friendly and personable. They go above and beyond by taking the time to ask about my family and ensure that every visit feels welcoming and efficient. Their commitment to excellent service is unmatched, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers.
When I see negative reviews, it’s frustrating because they often stem from issues beyond the control of this fantastic team—like UPS drivers, corporate policies, or broader societal frustrations. This UPS Store is a gem in our community, and I can’t recommend them enough. If you want exceptional service with a personal touch, this is the place to go!

TERRIBLE!! Ordered a $200 professional camera needed for taking pics this New Year’s Eve and was suppose to be delivered today 12/31/24 was never marked as a signature required package, I got a notif from ups that my camera was delivered only to open it and find the cameras accessories that came with the camera but the camera missing! A note was posted on my door to pick it up at cvs because ups “missed Me” but I was working from home the entire day and your lazy driver did not knock or ring my doorbell!!! He either stole the camera and resealed the package or was too lazy to bring it to the cvs because I get there and they say I have to wait until Thursday Jan second!! $200 down the drain the reason I got it was for the holiday only for it to not be delivered! But the slow driver marked it as delivered even though the entire camera was missing!! DISGUSTING

Excellent service unfortunately some customers in this joint want Excellent service & they cant fix any logistical problem but they want to tell the people behind the counter how easy there job is. Disgraceful. It's 9:30am on a Monday Karen shouldn't you be at work ? Not only do the counter people have to put up with you so do I on my off day. Get a job neverwas

I use this location often. It’s convenient in location. They have a new kiosk where you return your Amazon orders. Last Friday when I entered there were two workers at the desk and no additional customers. Very friendly & said good morning. They directed me to the kiosk. I had a number of items to return and I sat there and scanned did the packaging and went through the whole process. They were at the counter listening to music and talking about their personal lives. That’s ok, but not once did they offer for me to come over to the counter to just return there. My time there could have been cut down if they just scanned and assisted. When I was about to walk out they told me yo have a nice day. I was kind back, but I left there so perplexed. I just did all the work on the returns while they just sat there. I understand the purpose of the machine, but why not just offer a helping hand. It was bizarre.

The women and owner of this store have been helpful and easy to do business with in the past. The man I met today was an exception, a bit condescending. I think he may have been attempting to be helpful, but for me, he was a too insistent with his opinion and offered no help to fix what he obviously felt was an issue. I don't want to be treated that way. I'm going to go to Parcel & More on the corner ofPottstown Pk and Boot. They seem very customer service oriented.

This store is convenient for my family but I’m not going back as long as the sandy haired blond and the young guy who works with her work there. No customer service and rude.

Awful staff, especially woman with glasses and dirty blonde hair. Lazy, unhelpful and not friendly.
