My experience at TD was so horrific this afternoon that it made me want to close my account - and honestly I’m still seriously considering it. I experienced discriminatory treatment at the hands of the teller who refused to use the monies IN MY BANK ACCOUNT to generate a check. Although she had my ID, debit card, and other forms of identification, she (and the branch manager) continued to make me go through additional rounds of verification including text message code. I was shocked that I was being scruntinized to this extent! Adding insult to injury: the manager ACKNOWLEDGES that they do not usually make their customers go through this many steps to verify but because i was from NJ they decided to make precautionary measures. That’s odd?? I didn’t have to do that last time.I’ve come into this branch on several occasions and made the same request - only this time I’ve experienced the most humiliating racial profiling and discrimination. TD Bank needs to ensure this branch undergoes sensitivity training.

Only only one person knows how to do wires so if you need a wire and don't want to wait forever dont bother going there. Terrible customer service!!!!

Td bank is the worst bank ever I been with them For 10 years some one recently. Stole my debit information and put my account at -569 $. Initially td bank Customer service was able to Verify that my debit card was hacked and they gave me a provisional credit. So I was fine with that . Now fast forward I look at my account this morning and the reverse the provisional credit stating that I authorized the charge at the speedway gas station for 22 $ dollars yes I did authorized that gas station in Jersey where i live to charge my card 22 dollars but that not the fraud and the fraud in question is some gas station that charged my card 7 times 75 $ dollars and 44 $ dollars one time in Norwalk Connecticut never been there before. So now I call report an iIrregularity to bank they go over my account again and they see the fraud. So I ask to speak to manager to go over my account they see the fraud and apologize again I don't want to here no apology. I'll just say this avoid td bank at all cost it's a scam bank and they rob the customer of their money . Now I have to close my account and redo all my direct payments from my job and redo my payment information for the gym they really screwed me so I reported them to the fdc. There very suspect in there business practices. Avoid td at all cost.

This is my go to TD Bank. Staff is excellent and always friendly. Helpful and knowledgeable. We all need to be a little patient during these trying times for all. I have been waiting for one hour to send two international wires. Since you reduced your staff this has happened time and time again. Cross training your staff would be worthy of consideration.

They didn't approved my wire transfer more than 10 days. After I went to another branch, it only took 1 day. Don't waste your time here. Also the guy named Hesham Elshahed is an S hole totally. He has many questions about where you money came from and where will it go for. He always said "That doesn't make sense" rudely. Listen, I really don't care it makes sense or not. Just do what a customer told you to do. Anything else is none of your business.

So these people, especially this branch totally kick a*** One time I worked a 20 hour shift and had to deposit some money immediately after getting out of work and I counted it 3 times to make sure then I was $10 off. I was so pissed off and so tired and didn't think how to fix my own problem the manager lady asked if everything was alright, I said "I'm leaving here with ten dollars less than what I came in with" She says whats your name Sir, I'll fix the problem. Not wanting to deal with it as I was super tired, I just left and after recounting again and realizing my own error and shame in not knowing how to count correctly, went to a different branch also on my way home. The lady freakin tracked down my name and put $10 into my account! Plus they usually pretty good about putting those doggy treats in the tube when I go to the drive through. You know I be loving those biscuts :)
