I have had an excellent experience at Sunset Hill and specifically with Sandy. I had the difficult task of handling a family estate and the many valuables that go with it. Sandy provided great help it identifying what had value, an estimate of that value and in the end was willing to pay that value for the valuables that the family no longer wanted. She made this process so easy for me . I highly recommend working with Sunset!

Amazing!!!!! Sunset Hill Jewelers SAVED THE DAY when one of my diamonds in engagement ring fell out. They got it done right away before my wedding and did a fantastic job! I would recommend using them as your local jeweler for all your needs, a thousand times over. I know we will be using them! We are so grateful!!

I had two small things I needed done involving jewelry. The place I wanted to go to was closed despite being listed as open. Some random guy in the street and I started talking and said he said there was a jewelers around the corner that was open but he had never been there. It had decent reviews so I decided to give it a try. I will definitely be coming back here. The woman there was so nice and pleasant and took her time with me even though I was not spending a ton of money. They told me what needed to be done would take about a week but then ended up being able to do it on the premises so I was able to pick it up later the same day and she did not even charge me. I will be recommending this place to everyone.

The folks at Sunset Hill are incredible. They have a truly quality product, are professional, responsive, and responsible, and really care about the customer.By way of brief backstory, I was supposed to use another jeweler (in another State) for an engagement ring - I provided my own diamond stone. The other jeweler lied to me about how long it would take, and it threw my plans into disarray.I went to Sunset Hill, and they helped calm me down, and walked me through what they could do to help. Long story short, these amazing professionals helped coordinate shipping and receiving the diamond, casting the ring, and having it ready for my engagement, all in just TWO WEEKS. They kept me updated the whole time. They made a beautiful ring that was exactly what I wanted. And what’s really awesome is that they use their own goldsmith, so they didn’t have to rely on the supply chain. My fiancé loves the ring, and I do too. Sunset Hill has turned me into a lifelong customer. Thank you all so much!

Very appealing jewelry store and a really friendly staff. I went in for an adjustment on my watch and they didn’t charge me a dime. I’ve never heard of a place that doesn’t charge for that. 5 stars for sure!

Went in last Saturday to see if they could add a link to my new watch which i had. I also needed a battery changed on another watch. They shipped it out to get the work done and was told it would be done following Weds. Guess what....I got a call on Weds telling me they were in. I went to go pick them up today and was very happy with the work done. I even had them remove a link in another watch I had. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Did not even charge me to remove the link in my other watch. I actually wound up purchasing a necklace while I was there. I will recommend this place to everyone I know and will definitely be back. Brought a watch in for repair and the staff was very helpful, upfront, and professional. It did take a while, but they let me know that at the outset. Overall a good experience!
