Mr Palmer was personable, responsive and helpful. They were all very professional and classy. Got a good deal on a great used car. We saw the car as they received it and loved it but they still took it into service to certify it and had to put new brakes and ac compressor in it and detailed it beautifully for us. Very nice experience.

A recall brought us back to Stillman for service on our XC60. Which we love. We made the appt.online could not be any easier. Added a oil change and a tire pressure check. Arrived at 10am greeted by the most polite and professional service personel anywhere. Waiting for service i had my choice of snacks and drinks. Within 45 minutes our car was finished. They know the business. May be our first Volvo but will not be our last. Thank u.

The customer service at Stillman Volvo Cars is unmatched. I had my date of service all wrong. The service team serviced my car inspite of me showing up on the wrong date. On top of that, they did it while smiling and ensuring I was comfortable.

I live in Kent County and I have been a customer of Stillman Volvo since 2004 and just picked up my 5th Volvo on Saturday. Stillman is the best dealership starting with their sales team, especially Casey Truitt and the knowledgeable, professional, and helpful service team led by Greg Donaldson. The Team at Stillman Volvo is there to assist the customer have the best experience buying the best car. It's worth the trip from Kent County!!

Our experience with Stillman Volvo has always been spectacular. We live in Delaware and drive up to Chaddsford (40 miles) because we have had the best service there. Yesterday we went up to Stillman because we were having difficulty customizing our new Volvo EX90 pre-order. We met Kyle as a walk-in customer with no preappointment scheduled. He was extremely helpful and we were able to complete our customization with his input. I have to say we use technology all the time, but there is no substitute for sitting down face to face with someone who is able to provide direct feedback to your questions and make suggestions as to why we might want an add on or not. Chat AI does not do that!! We were so impressed with Kyle and his invaluable experience that I really would never want to lose this option! We highly recommend Stillman Volvo and would recommend anyone using the customization of a new car to consider sitting down with him or others at Stillman. His advice and experience were so very helpful and much appreciated.

Gentleman in service center didn't acknowledge my arrival. Waited until someone else came into office. While being waited on by another person. Someone else entered and he acknowledged that person by stating someone would be with them in a minute.
Returned to pick up my car the same person acknowledged me and said someone would be with me soon. He went and grabbed a week ordered and made a phone call first instead of waiting on me. Got my car and I had to go find it. I thought they drove your car up to you for pickup.
Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Customer service matters.
