So I can not review the service of the company as I set an appointment via google chat and they never showed up. The person I spoke to set an appointment with me for 1pm on Monday. I reached out the night before a few times and never heard back. At 3 I reached out the same way to ask where he was. I then sent two more messages with zero response. I was counting on his commitment for the detail as it was a gift for my wife that was away on business. To this day I haven’t heard a word. I would just watch out as it seems when you schedule something it doesn’t seem to matter to them.

Devin was so wonderful to work with and communication and booking were incredibly easy. I had a mold smell in my car from water that had soaked into my carpets, and now my carpets are fresh, clean, treated for mold, and the rest of my interior looks brand new. Really appreciate his hard work!

Devin is above and beyond! Quick and simple scheduling, great communication, and a beyond excellent mobile detailing experience! I have had previous detailing experiences going to local detail shops and through that I have shown up for my appointment to be told the person who does detailing was off that day, only to try another shop to be charged an outrageous amount with not nearly the end result I've received from SteriEco!
