I've been a MBWC customer for 37 years. Many vehicles across 4 decades. A big reason for my loyalty has been the high quality service department and their excellent service advisors. Until now. New ownership in '22 has turned over the service department and it shows - badly. Feels like a disorganized Kia shop. Bad (new) phone system, uneven and disorganized service, poor communication and follow through, impersonal and mechanical. The cars are worth the price, but the service experience has been directly linked to satisfaction. If things don't improve, I'll buy and service elsewhere. Really disappointed.

Avoid this dealer at all cost. I took my car to get serviced. The entire service team lack customer service and communication skills. The car was brought in for a recall. I was told the car was ready to pick up. The car was picked up, and 2 hours later received a phone call that the car needed to be brought back in for another warrenty repair. They had ordered a part for this but not communicated this to me during pick up, if I had known I would have not picked up the car. Car was brought back week later for the warrenty rapair, again I was told car was read to be picked up. After picking up the car and asking about resale or the car, I was told it would need 7K worth of repairs. At no time was this told to me until I mentioned the resale. Needless to say I would drive further to use another Mercedes dealer and would not trust this dealer when I go to purchase any car!

My check engine light came on and we have been faithfully going there with the car for many years so when they said first appointment was about a week later I thought worth the wait. The thermostat was replaced after several days so a family member picked it up late Friday afternoon for me. The service person casually mentioned after checking out there is a squeak so it will need a belt tensioner at some point. He thought he meant a small squeak or they would have called to ask if we wanted it fixed before releasing the car. On the way home there was a very loud squeak the whole way home. PRIOR TO BRINGING IT IN THERE WAS NO SQUEAK. I believe they needed to remove the belt to change the thermostat and broke the tensioner but I'm not a mechanic. I called Saturday morning to ask them to take a look at it and fix it since I strongly believe they broke it. I expected them to tell me to bring it over to at least take a look. The woman on the phone said the first appt. was about 2 WEEKS out. She literally could care less they were leaving me without a car a couple days before Christmas. I asked for Matt, the service manager (not sure of his title) and she said she would leave an urgent message. I asked if I could pop over for them to at least tell me if I can drive it in the meantime and she said "NO - Saturday is for routine service only". Never received a call from Matt. Had to go to a local service center who took it quickly and replaced the tensioner and treated me like a human being. It cost me several hundred dollars to fix what I firmly believe they broke but it was an eye opener. I'm done being a number and am now a loyal customer of the small service center who handled it. Will not use Mercedes service again.

This place is an absolute joke. Complete opposite of what you get from a Mercedes dealer. They started our diesel car when it had gas in. The car was totaled and the service guy told me someone there started it but had no way to prove it. Just call my insurance and they would cover it. It's a shame how people can sleep at night here's. It was a mistake and I u strata a mistake of that magnitude would have got someone in real trouble, podia job loss. Which I wouldn't want in today world. So I walked away. The district attorney la office can handle it from here. Stay away from here if you can.

Steer clear of this dealership! I took my one year old Mercedes in for a simple oil change and inspection and was handed a bill for $575.00!!! What a scam! On top of that, one of the salesmen and a sales manager (I'll spare saying their names) treated me like I was a 12 year old -- so degrading and so dishonest about everything that came out of their mouths! I'd never buy a car from them again, and I'll make sure no one I know does either!

Benz of Westchester gives great service because of people like Matt Davis. He can be trusted to give accurate, knowledgeable and dependable service. I always go to him to fix my car.

My car has been there for days. I get half answers over text. I am getting charged everyday for a rental car and No one has even looked at my vehicle for almost a week! I have multiple messages for Mike the service manager and he refused to call me back or come to the phone. Ive called back and get sent to voicemail. I come from a family of Mercedes loyalist. The car in question is paid off and told them I would be in the market to buying another. They don't care. They don't respond and they could care less that we have been loyal customers for over a decade having a number of Mercedes between the 3 I've had, the 2 my parents have had. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed. What happen to the quality service they once had?

Their service department is disorganized and can't schedule to save themselves. Compared to other garages they are all glitz and no substance . After 2 days they have only achieved an oil change. The software update takes 3 hrs so you would think you would do this before anything. No you start the update an hour before you close. Then you do the same the next day. What a joke ? Never update the customer. Worst customer experience ever

I’ve been looking for a new vehicle for a few months. Upon shopping around I wasn’t that impressed with my experience at a different MB dealership. Today I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Even though the car I was initially interested in wasn’t available Jennifer Silva went above and beyond to find the right car for me! She was kind and knowledgeable. She went over everything in detail to make sure I got what I wanted and was happy with my purchase. Will definitely be my new go to dealership! Thanks again ?

Recommend but today’s service was pretty bad. They said my E450c was done but being washed but it was literally right in front of the glass where I was sitting when they called me. I was sitting there staring at it in the drive out aisle for almost and hour. I knew it had already been washed, it was obvious. I thought I misunderstood what the advisor said at first so I waited. When I did go out, my car is still sitting there, clean except for streaky windows, and the rep asked me which car was mine. Really? Dude I was here at 7 am, I was your first client. I pointed to the car and he said “oh they just brought that up”. I said dude it’s been sitting here and I’ve been taking pictures of it for the last hour. He asked me if I had the keys. I said no dude somebody here has them. He went around asking people where my keys were. I found them in the car. He said he didn’t know what happened. I’m pissed because I also bought MB gear from the store they have there but I feel like I paid double having wasted an hour of my day watching my car sit there finished and nobody except me knew it?? I should be paid for letting them know the actual status of my service. First picture taken at 9:37 am.

Unfortunately I have learned this place expects you to pay astronomical for "extras" you don't need in the service department. They are always adding extra things "you need" that are not necessary. Stay away.
