I Really wanted to give this place a good rating when the young man who said he was new helped me but it all got ruined when the (less self maintained) woman with a bad attitude intervened. She needs to be retrained and taught manners and customer service skills…. Her attitude is disgusting. As bad as I needed a new phone I walked out of there because I didnt want her making a sale off me.

I will never go to this store again. I am a new iPhone user. Bought phone from T-Mobile store on 202. Experienced some user difficulty and stopped in Paoli Pike store for assistance. Bill, who claimed he was the manager told me it was an Apple issue that I need to go to Apple in KOP. I asked if there was someone else in the store who could help me. No customers in store and he stood there with arms crossed doing nothing. No, he said, you need to go to Apple Store. Later I found out he was not the manager. Way to go above and beyond Bill. Thanks for that excellent customer service. NOT!

Broke my phone and needed to get a new one in a hurry. They had me in and out quickly and were super helpful and friendly. Ask for the Dan….he is the MAN!

Unfortunately I forget the name of the guy who helped me out but he was very helpful even though I was not prepared correctly. This was my first time I bought a cell phone by myself as a young adult & he made the process super easy and simple. Shoutout to you my friend.

Thanks for Woodley he is the best person and he is so calm I was hoping his calmness would come back on to me and I hope he gets a raise very soon and I work 42 years he’s an excellent employee and I should know better than most people OK at 83 thank you T-Mobile and especially woodley I hope he gets his raise soon thank you.

Been waiting over 30 minutes just to get SIM cards to switch my Sprint phone to a T Mobile phone as required. One person has been in front of me the whole time. (A SIM card was never sent to me). There are 2 employees unoccupied but apparently only one computer/employee can do it?!?? I am fine activating them at home, just need the physical cards. Two stars since I eventually got the new SIM cards an hour after I arrived. No fault of the employees, just unequipped.

Went in to switch plans about a month ago. They gave me a “temporary number” as I switched phones & plans. They said the process of going back to my old number would be easy and not a problem. After 3 different trips of going into the store, they said they couldn’t switch my number back. 3 weeks later, after I already told friends, family, colleagues that I had a new number, they decided to finally switch my number back without letting me know.

Had to go through a whole year long process to get the T-Mobile Tuesday bag. Literally had it up on my phone…. He’s asking me my number and name on account LITERALLY JUST FOR THE T-MOBILE TUESDAY BAG! Even though I had it up on my phone. Never went through a long process like this at any T-Mobile

I need to give a shout out to Chasen at T-Mobile in West Goshen Shopping Center. He attended to our needs (that were not easy) and stayed two hours after closing time to work through the changes we need. He was very personable and he aimed to please us, no matter how challenging. I will say that I was not pleased that it took 5 (yes, FIVE) hours. But, needless to say he got everything done and transferred and even shared his dinner (fresh pizza from next door) with us. Thank you, Chasen!

Very dissatisfied with the customer service that I received today at the Paoli pike T-Mobile. I walked in on T-mobile Tuesday to get the umbrella and had to wait for 20 minutes. There were 2 people working and 3 customers in the store at the time and the representative made me feel like less than a customer by saying that everyone on my line are sprint customers not T-mobile customers and that we needed to switch over. T-mobile and Sprint have merged the last time I got any kind of update and I have the app and this is not the first time I have taken part in t-mobile Tuesdays. I will not be returning to this location and i am seriously considering changing to a phone service where i will be treated fairly.

This location has caused NOTHING but headaches for my gf and I since we joined. We were essentially lied to about the ability to transfer carriers. They are barely available to help us with the issue at hand. This location owes us about $700 in rebates we were told we'd get. I've spent hours on hours with customer service corporation to see what can be done... And yet since this is an authorized retailer I have to work only with them. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Purchased a new Samsung phone at a promotional price and paid in full with no further money owed. Store issued a fraudulent installment plan contract for my business account of 25 years with Sprint under my name for half of the full price of the phone which I had paid in full and forged my signature by sloppily pasting a cut off portion of a copy of my signature they had on file. Caused me countless hours of phone calls, frustration, lost productivity and revenues and resulted in overcharges of $1000+ including taxes and late fees. Has been a living nightmare that is still ongoing after 8 months of hell. Store manager is unresponsive, uncooperative, and unapologetic.What they have done is not only unethical but it is illegal and no one should have to undergo what I have been put through due to their unscrupulous practices.

The only reason i gave 5 stars is because of the stellar Manager, Woodlee (sorry if I misspelled your name). Woodlee was working alone, as his employee had quit, and there were about 5 people waiting to be helped. I waited in line for 1 hour. Woodlee was extremely professional, competent, and considerate of each customer, and remained so while working a 12 hour + day. His affect and consideration transferred to all the customers, as they were all very appreciative of his professionalism and waited patiently for hours to be helped. Woodlee treated each customer with equal interest and consideration and did a fabulous job in addressing and problem solving each customer concern. I would want to work with Woodlee under any circumstance and T Mobile is extremely lucky to have him!!

I was using a prepaid phone and wanted to keep my number. Woodly was working solo since another employee couldn't make it to work. This man spent 4 hours, patiently helping me switch providers. My previous cell phone provider kept us on hold for over 3 hours. He endured listening to their pre-recorded message repeating over and over. He basically fought for me against the failing service provider I had before. Other customers came in for simple fixes and he was able help them plus assist me AND assist incoming calls. He was three people at once! Amazing customer service!! I never leave reviews but feel this is my duty to tell the world that he is amazing! THANK YOU WOODLY!!!!
