7/15/24 Update: Completely unhappy. Appliance still not working. Self-Scheduled a service appt for 7/15 due to problem not being fixed. No call, no show for appointment. Not able to get in touch with a human. Sears automatically rescheduled me for two weeks out. Ongoing problem with refrigerator.
Definitely, poor service.

Steer clear of these idiots! The soonest they could get out to fix AC issues was a week out. Then the day came and they gave a “window” of 8-5. That’s not a window, that’s an entire day!! At 5, we were notified that they were rescheduling us for another 16 days out!! Save time and aggravation and call someone else! There is a reason Sears went out of business!
