West Chester Scott Honda is an outstanding dealer with a honest & capable service department! I bought my Odyssey from their sales department & have been servicing it there ever since. The service department is led by a professional, responsible, intelligent capable, caring & problem solving manager of integrity. His team of mechanics did excellent work. I truly appreciate this wonderful dealer!

We had the pleasure of working with Andrew for the purchase of a new 2024 CR-V. Understanding our urgency due to an insurance claim, Andrew was exceptionally proactive in keeping us informed about the CR-V's availability. His timely updates ensured we secured the vehicle without delay, despite its limited supply. This is the third CR-V we've bought at Scott Honda over the years, with the first two still running great. Service service at Scott is always very professional. They explain everything that’s going on with the car, and never push “extras”. They tell you what’s important to do now and what you can wait for. Quality of the work is always top-notch. The dealership might cost a little more than some of the independent guys, but I’ve never had to go back two or three times to get the work done right. I’m willing to pay to avoid that Inconvenience.

I usually have excellent experiences at Scott Honda, and today was no exception. I was treated kindly and respectfully. Everything was thorough and clearly explained to me. The time parameter was right on the button, and the price was reasonable for the services provided. Can’t get any better than that!

I was referred to come here, and was quite disappointed. I took the day off work, and came early on Thursday. Upon arrival, the technician was unfriendly, and acted like my appointment was annoying him. Chris, refused to provide any service to my car- claiming it was from Canada! Wasted hours driving back and forth, only to call Honda and find out my car is not at all Canadian, and there was no reason for my denied service.But of course, I show up for my new appointment where Chris continues to be rude, dismissive and not own up to his error that created additional problems. It would have been simply fine, if he just said sorry. Mistakes happen you should own up to that.I suggest any women assigned to work with Chris request another technician as Chris clearly has some difficulty.Luckily, I spoke with Jeff, who was beyond understanding and helpful and helped me get a new appointment. And the supervisor, whose name I didn’t get, was extremely helpful as well. The supervisor was able to provide the needed service and kindly explain and answer all my questions.

I went to a local tire repair shop to plug a tire only to find that I was missing a lug lock key. After a very poor experience with a different dealership, a friend recommended Scott Honda. I spoke with John who told me to come in and he would replace the lug lock set and plug the tires. After only 30 minutes or so, they plugged two tires (found a staple in another tire) and let me know how much life I had left on my tires. John, Nick and everyone a dealt with were extremely friendly, charged a fair price and didn't try to sell me anything. I am already making an appointment to go back to Scott for my state inspection.

My husband Jay and I were treated wonderfully by Paul Vanderwoude at Scott Select. Paul was very knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot we purchased he made sure it was detailed and ready when we arrived to pick it up. Jason was the gentleman that did all the paperwork he offered extended warranty and other things but excepted no for an answer we really appreciated that. Jason also had a really cool sense of humor. I absolutely love our Honda Pilot and I would do business with Scott select again even if it means driving 1 hour to get there !

Needed a battery tested and replaced, last minute, the day of a snow storm. First time ever using Express Lane. GREAT experience. I had no wait. William greeted me right away and got the paperwork & service started. Tech Vinnie quickly handled testing, replacing, and confirming battery strength. I was ready to go in less than 30mins! This is my new Service Center!

Poor salesmanship here. Lie to you in writing, and then tell you how disappointed they are that the car was sold out from under you after you rearrange your weeks a while based on their timing.

Great customer service from the reps. Decent, but not perfect work. Disappointing conflict resolution. Let me start off with a positive. I came here on 8/23 to fix my AC that went out. Every single person I met was polite and patient. Grade A customer service from 4 gentlemen (two of which were named Matt). I left pretty satisfied and happy my car AC was working again. That is where the positives end. After arriving home I notice panel gaps on the right side of my bumper. Not a big deal. I send them some pictures immediately. Then I call back and schedule to come back in to get it fixed. I get scheduled for a week and a half later on 9/2. After coming in and waiting a while they tell me that the bumper is misaligned because some work was done prior to them fixing the AC that kept them from aligning the bumper properly. Whether this is true or not, I have no idea. But it does beg the questions shouldn't my car be returned to me in the same state it was in before I handed it to you? The bumper wasn't misaligned before the AC work. More importantly, if you knew the bumper wasn't reattached properly, why not say something there and then? After some back and forth about it with a rep I decided to escalate the issue. I go home and compose an email to send to multiple managers at the service center. On 9/29 I get a phone call from another Manager, Anthony Tracey. Immediately, Anthony's tone is that he's annoyed. He says that he's received my email and that I should make an appointment with the body shop to get the bumper fixed. I immediately decline because the implication is I will have to pay for it. Anthony goes on to mention that the damage may have been done prior to my first visit. I know that they have documentation and pictures of a vehicle's status prior to working on it so I ask him to go back and check those documents, photos, and employee accounts (which he should have done before calling me) and then call me back. Anthony calls me back after some time and confirms that there wasn't a gap beforehand but that he feels there is a gap at the door (which is untrue and irrelevant either way). He finally concedes that they made the mistake of not addressing it in real time and offers to fix the bumper under the condition I pay for any parts needed. I let him know I am at work at the moment but will consider the offer. That was the last conversation we had. Weeks later and Anthony will not return my phone calls or respond to my email. The unprofessionalism is extremely disappointing but in hindsight, not surprising. Anywhere that solicits a 5 star review didn't deserve it in the first place.

I have been really frustrated with the lack of responsiveness over the last ~3 weeks. I’ve had a really difficult time getting in touch with anyone who can give me an update on a warranty request submitted. Have been passed around to 3 different people over the last 3 weeks and have left 4+ voicemails with no response. Ironic that I need to continue calling to try to get some information and am greeted by a reference to the “award winning customer service”

I do not own a Honda, and have ever dealt with Scott. I happened to be driving by Scott Honda as the Oil Warning Light came on in my car, pretty fortuitous! Figuring I may be a little low and need a couple quarts to top off, I walked into the service center and asked if I could simply buy two quarts of oil to top my engine off. I also told him I had never been a customer and did not own a Honda. The associate happily agreed anyway, sent someone to grab it, and in the meantime had a super friendly chat with me giving me pointers and things to look out for if my oil is getting low like it had. Once the other associate returned with the oil, I pulled out my wallet to pay and he told me not to worry about it at all, and to have a great day. To a large dealership I know that 2 quarts of oil probably is just a drop in the bucket. But little gestures like that for me (especially never having been a customer of their's) are the things that will make me go right back to them as soon as I need a new car. Awesome people! My sister went to this dealership for one thing to get a key program and they kept her car for a week. She had already had a diagnostic test performed before going to this dealership by a professional mechanic where he found no problems except that she needed her keys programmed. After a week at this dealership who failed to keep in touch with her, told her that she needed a new battery and when she came to pick up her car the undercarriage underneath was hanging. On their website they mentioned you get professionalism, convenient, personal attention. But those qualities they post was not shown to her
