The sales and parts department are friendly and normal people. Communicative and understanding people that felt like real human interaction. Shout out to Cliff in particular for being patient and working through the car buying process with me. I had the pleasure of speaking with Duke Scott. Even though he looked very busy (as any owner would), I'm glad he came over to introduce himself. Goes a long way.
If I could give one piece of feedback, it's making sure to highlight some of the unsung features of the trim. For example, it's easy to explain the HUD or Bose system in the Touring, but had I known about the automatic folding mirrors and the double paned glass, I would have definitely weighed my options more. These features are, unfortunately, buried in the tech specs page and not really something you'll see on a brochure.
I do accept some blame for missing these features during my research, but I figured I'd offer up the criticism here as to help point customers in the right direction.
As for the showroom itself, it's a very lovely and welcoming place. Incredibly clean, fairly quiet, and has an excellent cafe where you can do some remote work while waiting for inspections. No complaints whatsoever.
Taking two star off due to the F&I part being a bit of a slog. I know, paperwork isn't the most exciting thing when buying the car. The Zurich Shield stuff they put on the cars out of the gate being a scam is one thing, but being pressured into buying further into the scam with comprehensive was obnoxious. I would have spent half the time sitting there signing papers if I wasn't pretty much being told I was a moron for not wanting to spend another 2,400 for junk I know I'm not interested in.
You can get a cheaper, higher quality warranty if you know where to look. Warranties are not state locked and you can negotiate a price from any dealership in the country. It was very strange to see Zurich be so aggressively pushed while Honda Care is not once brought up.
No, a third party warranty is not better. You will have to jump through hoops to get any work done in your favor than you would if you went with a manufacturer's extended warranty. Whether or not this part is responded to, I beg to anyone reading this to do cursory research on the topic and make up your own mind.
Regardless, you're looking at a 900 dollar markup for this slop whether you like or not. If buying from Scott, there's no choice other than to buy from a different dealership. In which case, if you're going that route, then put that money toward a ceramic coating. Something that will *actually* protect your paint. As for the interior? Again, better options. Research.
There was a definite contrast that left me feeling soulless and wondering if I had gotten a good deal when everything was said and done. I stayed the course, though, as I do believe Scott Honda has much to offer as time goes.
With all that said, I walked out with a new car and love the ride. While there's no information attached to my name here on Google, I will happily reach out about any concerns or questions if it's asked of me in the form of a response.
Once I've settled into the Scott Honda family, I'll come back within a year to re-evaluate.

I had a wonderful experience at Scott Honda this week. I had an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. The Tech Matthew explained everything and the service was completely in a timely manner! The waiting area is inviting and had free tea and coffee! 5 star service!!!

I had yet another outstanding experience in my visit to the Scott Honda service department. From my arrival where I was warmly greeted by a service manager and he got my car in quickly for service. Ty Reese Gaffney, my service manager, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that all of the express check points on my car were checked and he even checked my tire for leaks himself. I hope that I get him on my next service visit.

Got my PA inspection done at Scott. They always do a good job! I needed rear brakes and rotors. Got my car and she runs great! They’re honest, and let me know everything else was good-fluids, tires, etc. Happy driver.
