Highly recommend Scott Collision Ctr. I had a pretty complicated saga of an insurance and service issue because of back-ordered part.. from a Honda service dept in South Carolina. But, thanks to Tim and his team, it was a relatively minor repair/replacement of my new Cr-V spoiler. To me, it seemed like they effortlessly moved mountains(!)Scott Collision center was organized, friendly, professional, helpful and clear, and pleasant to work with.I also appreciated the quiet waiting area without tons of TVs and music..where I could work and drink some coffee.

I bought my Honda HRV in May from Cliff Ashamole in Sales at Scott Honda. I had noticed a few scratches on my rear passenger door. I paid for the extra coverage of painless dent removal and was worried the scratches were too deep. I stopped in this morning, after the very helpful Lori helped me this week, to coordinate the visit. Cheeefully met Tim upon my arrival. He listened to my concerns and looked over the scratches with me. Afterward, he showed me to the luxurious waiting area while he checked a few things. In about 25 minutes he came to me and said "Thanks for waiting. Would you please follow me?" The scratches were gone! My car is beautiful and back to new! I can't thank Tim for the great service and my holiday miracle. Expectations exceeded! Highly recommend this shop! Tim and team was excellent in repairing my car (under carriage damage). Some of the parts were delayed but went out of his way to ensure the parts came in on time so no further delay in giving my car back. He provided updates all throughout the process.Service: Body & Trim

We bought a car after getting $300.00 off the asking price. Then our Salesman informed us they add $300.00 to the sale of every vehicle for theft insurance. This was not disclosed to us. They did waive the $300.00 insurance. I was driving it home and the car was bucking and running rough. I called the Salesman and he said to bring it back. They tuned it up and it helped, we had to go back and pick it up after it was serviced. They had the car listed and marked the windshield as certified preowned having the 100 plus point inspection. I got it home and had to fill every fluid to the correct level even the oil. I saw the dealer added front license plate bracket was mounted oddly low. I attempted to fix it only to find it was mounted by the dealer to cover a damaged lower spoiler, this was unbelievable you should see the photos. As I continued to check the car it was just a mess. You couldn't go a foot without finding new damage. We took the car back for a full refund, a major inconvenience. Got a sorry and have a nice day. How can you run a business like that. Do not waste your time go elsewhere. At least our Salesman was nice. I almost felt sorry that they provided such a poor car to sell that was obviously not at certified standards.

I just bought a used car here and had a great experience. Kevin Turner was very helpful and was not at all pushy. The first time I visited I intended to test drive two cars, but after neither of them was right he listened to what I was looking for and suggested another car in their inventory that I had overlooked. I liked it a lot, but because I hadn't researched it ahead of time I wasn't ready to make a decision yet. Kevin gave me his business card and told me to give him a call if I had any questions. When I did call him up he was able to answer all of my questions and address my concerns (such as, the car was advertised as being sold with summer tires, which worried me because we'd just gotten a bunch of snow--Kevin looked up the tires and verified that they were actually all-season). Kevin arranged for me to pick up the keys to the car this morning so I could take it to my mechanic for an inspection before I bought it. The car got a clean bill of health, so I went back in the afternoon and bought it! The process went smoothly. When I asked if the car came with its owners manual, Kevin said he'd check and if it didn't the dealership would order one and mail it to me. The dealership also cleaned up the car again (it had been splattered with slush while I was driving it around) while I was signing paperwork. Overall, it was an easy and painless used-car-buying experience. I honestly did not think that a used car dealership would deliver this level of service, and I am very glad I happened to end up at Scott Select.
