My card was blocked and I was unable to pay the rent. I couldn't get help from any branch in my location. Finally I came here and by ken took care of all the problems in 30 minutes, I am grateful to him.

I have been going to this branch for 5 years and have had nothing but the absolute best experiences each and every time I step foot in their building. The staff is friendly, attentive, and caring. They go out of their way to accommodate your every need and take the time to provide their customers with a thorough understanding of the various options offered to assist in managing their business and personal accounts. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable about their business practices, a true team. Keep up the amazing work!

I tried to closed all my accounts with this bank due to my not trusting them with my money. I have a loan with them that is supposed to be taken out of my account. I wanted to see where I was at with my payments and wanted to set up a new way for them to collect payments. They can't even find my loan in there system yet they can see it being deducted from my account. It scares me how a bank can run without knowing their own business. They don't even have basic math skills. Basic math like addition and subtraction. Wow
