This is my favorite branch by far! It’s right in town so super convenient. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Jeff is the best teller. He’s always very personable and fun to talk with. Definitely happy to give this place a great rating!

I came in to deposit cash into my account. The person serving me was rude, he had a snippy, snarky attitude. I’ve been here before and it wasn’t just a bad day. I admit that I had counted the money wrong due to accidentally giving him the cash I was going to keep. I have been very disappointed the times that I have gone in, as customer service is very disrespectful. I don’t ever write reviews but I would not suggest anyone going there, there are banks in West Chester with much better service like Fulton Bank.
