The most absolute shady business dealings- accepted offer sent and signed offer over…”computer issues” occurred with agent Dani Simonian and we were asked to resend offer… it was resent with timeline of 11am… never heard back even though seller was “very excited to sign.” 3 hours later new offer has appeared and we are left without the home that we were told 24 hours ago was ours. Very sad to string people along when you knew what was happening. Money is great and it’s your job to make the seller the most, but don’t drag people through the mud in the meantime. You don’t accept an offer and then lie to hold out for another one. Update…. They accepted an offer less than ours and just found out it was accepted by their in-house broker #doubledipping #badethics
