I order a pair of ram air scoops roughly two months ago and have been full charged for it but never even shipped. I have contacted rpi multiple times with many emails and phone calls to no avail. I will probably be proceeding with my bank to get my money back.

I have not received my hood scoop and it’s been since January 11th. I haven’t received any communication from the company and none of my calls or emails have been answered. I don’t know how anyone has positive comments for this business unless they are fake reviews. Please do not purchase anything and lose your money!!!!

Ordered a ram induction scoop for my husband's car on October 8. I have sent several emails and called several times with no update and response. I was charged $138.95 for an item I will probably never see. I got a hold of someone near (?) these people who said that the owner is sick, which I understand, but there has to be someone who can fulfill orders and answer customer inquiries. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
