The best shopping experience ever. Everyone in the store was so helpful and knew exactly what to suggest. I ended up getting a dress that i love but would have not picked myself. They are girls girls here. I felt so good when i left here.

i went shopping for my junior prom dress at PromMiss. The girls were so helpful and it was such a fun experience. i got the dress of my dreams. The selection was amazing. Highly recommend!

absolutely hated my experience here!!! i felt judged and i wasn’t helped once. the lady that was supposed to greet up just stayed on her phone. I had an appointment yet I was unable to go try on dresses with any help or even use a mirror without comments being made about me. absolutely horrible experience definitely will not be returning or recommending! The girl at the front desk, Jordan, was particularly rude and unhelpful! and the owner, Dina, didn’t talk to us once. I had an appointment and made sure to get there on time and not be any inconvenience but i was meant with rude looks and unwanted comments. it seemed that everyone was helping one girl try on dresses meanwhile i was left to do everything on my own. don’t spend your money here you can get better prices and dresses elsewhere

I had such a great experience getting my senior prom dress at PromMiss! When we arrived for our appointment, we were greeted by Dina, the owner, who was so helpful. After talking to her for just a few minutes, she knew exactly what we were looking for. I fell in love with one of the dresses she suggested based on our conversation, and she was able to order it in the color I was looking for. Everyone in the store is so knowledgeable and helpful. The inventory is amazing, with so many colors and so many sizes to choose from. This was my second year purchasing a dress at PromMiss and I will definitely return for formal dresses in the future!

My daughter bought her prom dress here and we had the best experience. All of the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. They had so much to choose from and made my daughter feel so good about herself. Highly recommend.

This store has a nice variety of dresses in size XS and S. Very little else available in M and one L in the entire store. Don’t bother if you’re above a size 4, as this store cannot accommodate bodies any larger than that. If you’re looking for a “body positive” shopping experience, look elsewhere.

Went to PromMiss to look for a dress with my girlfriend. We had the best experience and everyone was so welcoming and fun. She looked beautiful at the wedding we attended and everyone commented on her dress. It was a recommendation from the staff. It was a great call and I appreciated that she felt so good about herself on a special night.

Hands down my favorite dress store around. Actually, anywhere. Every dress in the store is hand picked with only limited amounts so you never have to worry if someone will be wearing the same dress to an event you’ll be attending. There are so many options, every color of the rainbow, for all shapes and sizes and personalities and formalness.I have gotten black tie gowns from here that are stunning. The store works hand in hand with a seamstress that will help make anything custom to fit perfectly and to your liking.I’ve purchased cocktail dresses/party dresses and even pant rompers from here, as well, and the icing on the cake is that the seamstress always figures out a way to attach cups so that the last thing I have to worry about is a stupid strapless bra.Each employee is knowledgeable and helpful with the inventory, which is constantly changing, and knows what dresses to pull based off of your body shape.I have always found what I was looking for, left a really happy customer, and would recommend this store to anyone who needs a dress for any occasion at all- or even better yet- just drive up to the storefront and be amazed by whatever dazzling dresses they have adorned in the window for all to see. Stops me dead in my tracks while taking my kids to the barber shop next door, every single time I go.You won’t be disappointed.

I am the father of a junior in high school and am certainly new to prom dress shopping. The staff at PromMiss was beyond courteous, kind and helpful. As a dad completely out of his element, this experience was actually amazing. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you for making this such a great day.
