Best workout ever! I started at Premier in 2004 and moved out of the area in 2010 (left Premier). When I moved back I went to a couple of different gyms because of price. I ended up just spending money. Then my wife mentioned that I looked the best when I worked out at Premier. So, I called and asked if they would take back an aging out of shape guy who used to workout with them? Answer "you are always welcome here", Premier works to fit my schedule and health goals. With the one on one training I get a far better workout than going to a gym myself, see results faster and safer. Premier is now part of my life and worth every penny. I highly recommend Premier Personal Training. Because of them I have a better quality! Jon I. (current client)

I had not tried personal training before but have found the way Premier Personal Training does it is the perfect fit for me. I get a full 60 minutes of customized exercise at every appointment. Zero wasted time, no guessing what you should be working on next or if it is time to increase or decrease aspects of your routine. Staff is focused but friendly and the atmosphere is conducive to ALL levels of fitness and body types.

I have been training at Premier Personal Fitness for almost three years and have seen major improvements in my posture, strength, and overall fitness. I love the personal attention and overall just enjoy working with Brian. I take every opportunity to recommend this place when I talk to people about exercise. I also got my husband ( a real couch potato) to go there and he actually told a friend that “it was the best thing I ever made him do”. Five stars!!

I love Premier Personal Training! The trainers are super nice and friendly. They keep you motivated during workouts and push you to achieve your personal fitness goals. I've already seen great progress and improvements in my strength in just a few months. I actually enjoy working out now!

My trainer has safely improved my health. I have a heart condition, but I feel better, younger, than when I started 7 years ago at the age of 76! Quality makes the difference, and the investment in quality is paying off. Highly recommend coming here.

I have been coming here 2x a week for 7 years. I call it "aging backwards;" I feel much younger at 69 than I was at 62. When I started, I was having trouble getting up off the floor without assistance, and worried I would not be able to care for my new grandchild. No longer a problem in either area. Just twice a week with Brian has safely seen ways to improve my health around a broken ankle, ruptured disc, and other physical challenges. When you stop in for a visit, prepare to be underwhelmed, because there are no salesmen, no crowds, no pressure; just trainers ready to give you undivided and personal attention. Each session is tailored to you and your needs, in a Covid19 safe environment. They know what they are doing, and worth it.
