Honestly there are not enough good things I can say. I have worked with a few different trainers in different gyms over the past decade but Jason and Messiah are the best of the best. Not only are they knowledgeable but they are motivating and just generally good people. I stumbled upon power train over two years ago by complete chance. I was looking for a new gym and when I walked in to check it out they offered me a free work out and from then on out I was hooked and never left. The work outs are always evolving, challenging, and never boring. No matter where you are in your fitness journey they can either jump start it or take it to a level you didn't think possible. If you are bored with your current workouts or need someone to take you out of your comfort zone check them out I promise you won't regret it.

Jason, Mesiah, and Andre from the West Chester branch are amazing! I was reluctant when joining, thinking I didn’t need help or extra motivation but boy was I wrong! Their expertise, playful nature, and motivation create amazing vibes and a sense of camaraderie reminiscent of previous deployments. I’m 41 years old and truly am in the best shape of my life - I owe a big part of that to these guys!

Jason and Messiah have been working with me for a short while now and I 100% recommend signing up. I have some anxiety when it comes to stepping foot in a gym and figuring out what to do and how to push myself, but they’ve made it easy to get back into the swing of things after my gymnastics retirement. Jason especially knows my limits and is willing to alter the workouts, without giving me the opportunity to slack off. The atmosphere at power training is comparable to the feeling of being on a team, which is what I miss the most from gymnastics. Having each other’s best interest at mind is what I find most important when it comes to a client and trainer’s relationship. Power training does an amazing job at doing just that.

Been working with Power Train Team for over 2 years now. Primary Sport is Golf, so focus has been overall strength as I am older now. After many months of working my strength I am now working on range of motion and strength for Golf. i can carry my bag for 36 holes and my power is crazy good. Takes time and patience as i work through an overall strengthening, but it's worth the effort. 40 years ago i was in my 20;s and could swing without a thought, that is my goal, to get the right strength and then use the right muscles to do the work instead of compensating for lack of strength. The team at Power Train is focused on working with ME and understanding Me. Not just a routine, but a program. It's hard work, hard to get up some times and work out, but having a trainer encouraging me has kept me going. Thanks Messiah!!

Power Train workouts have been a great addition to my fitness program. Personal attention of the trainers ensures your form is correct and the exercises meet your personal fitness goals. They provide variety in your exercises and push you each day to get better and stronger, while taking care to be safe. Jason and Messiah are THE BEST!!

Over the last two years, I have been training at Power Train in West Chester. I used to run but hurt myself and decided to switch and get stronger. And that’s exactly what happened at Power Train. The program is always changing and each time more challenging and tailored to my strength level. The small group format is great, you get attention from the coaches (yet they are not constantly hovering). I am not an endurance athlete or anything, only someone who wants to stay healthy and strong. I love the coaches, specially Mesiah. I started lifting barely 15 lbs now I can squat with the bar and 60 pounds. I feel stronger, constantly motivated and, during COVID, I kept my sanity thanks to these training sessions. Join, you will not regret it!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. I work out here and so does my 9 year old son...and we clearly have very different goals. Jason, Mesiah, Andre and Anthony do an amazing job making sure we are challenged but making sure we are doing it properly.They are so good with our son. It’s so nice to know I can drop him off and trust he’s in good hands for the next hour and not worry. He’s come a long way and he keeps getting better. Thank you Power Train!

Power Train has helped me improve my strength and speed tremendously as an athlete. I've seen improvements with my strength and ability to increase with weights when training with the programs the trainers here have created. The trainers make this gym a motivating environment which separates power train from other gyms. I will continue to come to this gym for years to come and would highly recommend coming here to others!

Amazing atmosphere and trainers! The trainers really know how to personalize each workout to every person’s strengths and weaknesses as well as help you strive to reach each one of your goals.If you’re ready to put the work in and make changes for a healthier lifestyle, this is the place for you! I would recommend Power Train to anyone. Jason and Mesiah are awesome trainers. They want you to meet your goals and they push you to do your best. If anyone is looking for a fun atmosphere and a hard workout to reach your fitness goals, I would definitely recommend trying Power Train. It was hard for me to get back into the swing of working out again after I finished college soccer but Power Train has made me more motivated to get into the gym than ever before.

Two and a half years ago, I timidly walked into Power Train. In my 60+ years, I had never worked out at a gym but Jason was very encouraging and worked with me to set up a plan to reach my goal (to look good for my daughter’s wedding). The team at Power Train helped me not only to reach my goal but also to realize the importance of fitness. Although I am usually working out surrounded by young athletes, this is definitely a welcoming, non-judgmental zone and I always feel comfortable. The trainers always take time to make sure I’m doing things correctly and motivate me to work harder. I actually look forward to my workouts now. Thank you Jason, Andre and Mesiah!

Before coming to Power Train I was not a fitness person. I used to hate going to the gym-- never felt like I was doing anything right, nor getting a solid work out in, or pushing myself hard enough. But after I started PT, working out slowly became more fun and my view on working out and being active shifted. I went from working out a few times year to going in four times a week! I look forward to coming in and getting my work outs done, and even though I know they'll be tough, the feeling of accomplishment afterwards keeps me motivated. The trainers are sure to show you proper form along the way and at the same time push you so you're really working hard. Being able to see the progress from when I first started to where I'm at now is super encouraging. Huge thank you to all the trainers!
