  Terrible bank. The employees are constantly overwhelmed and lack the support they need. To add icing to the cake they don't think they need to be open for their customers on Saturdays. Please see the attached photo of me in line 6 people deep on Saturday at 11:30 a.m to use their ATM since PNC can't be bothered to staff this location on a Saturday. Guess who is open on Saturday ? The TD Bank of West Chester. Please make a guess where I'm headed next.

  Love this branch because Colin C. is so professional, patient and never makes us feel rushed when we have questions. Thank you Colin for always being happy to help with our banking questions.

  Horrible branch. These people have no clue how to communicate with customers and let you sit with an empty place for a half hour... why? If you are forced to go to a PNC dont come here. Go down the road to Newtown Square, they seem to have their stuff together.

  The gentleman (Joe?) who used to be at Santander got me to switch when I saw him here, fantastic service from him and everyone else at this branch!

  Teller was very cold and passive aggressive. Wanted to sell me a credit card that I told her form the start that I wasn’t interested. She kept pushing even after I said no several times. Then became cold and didn’t want to help after that!

  Customer service was awful and unprofessional… Employees seemed as though they were high or drunk and like they weren’t even sure of what they were doing. They were cursing and not even sitting up straight. Even accused me of being high. Not to mention this was the “branch manager”! Absolutely will not go back to this branch.

  Worst branch in the system. Can not stand the employees there. I drive an extra 3 miles away from my house to use a different branch because of the staff.

  I've deposited using the ATM...prefer tellers, but you can go inside and request help if you like. The folks inside are always friendly and I haven't had any issues.
