AI erased my eairlier draft, but here it goes again. Got clutch at Piazza Mazda in West Chester, Pa, since my car broke down nearby. So coincidentally the 2012 Mazda van, clutch failed again. Brian, the service tech said since my are was towed at 5pm, I am welcomed to leave it here but can't tell me when they can see it, but my $2000 clutch repair parts are "wear and tear" not guaranteed. "Things break especially in old cars. I ask for. ride to a pickup a rental, they don't do that, and of course no loaners are available, but rare. Richard, service manager was nice enough drive me to the Brinton Suites a few doors down, but no sidewalks...That place has no live attendant, so if ur keyless fails to get into the room, you stuck. That's another topic. Richard was kind enough to say "no pressure, but your car is old, I can sell you another car". He right. Though, I don't have a "money tree and waiting for Jesus to teach me to grow one. Next day, I walked from the 2 star room, for Mazda to say your back, but we don't know when car can looked at, could b next week, who knows". Really?? What I do know is that $2,000 cash money to have service there and repeat coming back, deserves a ("shame on me"). Next time (since your just a number), I'll take my "marbels and play somewhere else". Customer service lacks big time here; come and get it.

I would put zero stars if I could. the customer service is atrocious. i went in recently on the hunt for a new car. met With a sales man who was decent until I told him my price range. I got the feeling immediately that if your price range is under 30, they don't care much about getting your business. He seemed completely annoyed by my questions. I also asked if he could provide me a quote with pricing and was transparent that I was shopping around at diff vehicles. He denied my request for a quote. I then asked to speak with the sales manager. Boy was that a mistake. Rick, I believe his name was came over with a major attitude. lets just say this man should NOT be in the people industry. He also denied giving me a quote and said why would I give you a quote for you to shop around?......errrr uhhh I'm sorry isn't that what people do? he obviously was not confident enough in his sales people or business to provide a quote. BTW I went to 3 other dealerships and not 1 denied me a quote, in fact they welcomed it. they wanted me to buy a car from them! The long of the long is the people in this dealership SUCK! They are rude and discriminate. I will never buy from them or recommend EVER! Rick was seriously the most ridiculous person I have ever dealt with.

After a terrible experience with a Toyota dealer in south Jersey, I went to this dealer in November. I advised then that I would be in the market for a new vehice in January. They had the vehicle I wanted in stock. Unlike other dealers, there was no price gouging - i.e. adding to MSRP. In addition, while they informed me of extended varranties and service plans, there was no pressure from them after I declined. They handled all the paperwork as I live in NJ and the whole purchase experience was stress free. Highly recommended.

I would, but even though I’ve had all my services here, this last visit was sloppy and disrespectful. I needed a mirror fixed (looked great and was about $400). Then had an Inspection (free since I bought from them. My bill was close to $800! I looked at bill and $250 went yo labor! Two hours work and I’m paying close to $800. Also, one of the older mechanics (white hair and angry looking) just tossed my keys on a table showing he didn’t care. Whatever

Reached out about a car that was en route to their dealership. Listed the price online and when I spoke to them about the car, the price was a difference of $3,000 for market adjustments. Spoke to 2 other Mazda dealerships about the same car and they said “they don’t play the market adjustment game, the MSRP is the MSRP”. That alone put a bad taste in my mouth for this dealership and would never consider doing business with them.

I went to this dealership to inquire about the process of returning a leased. My sister-in-law was terminally ill and I was trying to take care of some things for her. When I walked in there was this elderly person behind the reception Dash who did not greet me or even make eye contact. After standing here a few moments I said to her I am inquiring about returning a leased vehicle. She informed me that I need to make an appointment and come back. I explain to her that I just need some information because the owner of the vehicle is not well. Lee she told me that someone will be with me when they get a minute., well fast forward today I return the vehicle. Same elderly woman behind the desk rude as ever. I told her that I contact the bank and they told me that I need to drop off the vehicle here. She told me that I would need to have two sets of keys and there are forms that need to be filled out. I explain to her that I could only find one set of keys. She rolled her eyes and directed me to one of the sales people. This woman clearly does not belong behind the reception desk and because of this poor experience I will never go back to this dealership again.

Went to look at a car off the internet and looked like a good deal. BUUUUUTTT, they couldn't come down to our price. As we were walking out the big fat ahole sales manager Nik got into our face and asked if he came down to 200$ above our asking price would we take it? Asked if he was offering that price and he had the gall to say I would never offer that to you. Really? did he think we were all of sudden going to say ok your right since you screamed into our faces and belittled us we will take the car at your price after all. NOT!!!!!! How dare he think if he yelled at us and belittled us we would EVER buy from him or this place ever again. Car dealers are a dime a dozen, you do not have to be abused by anyone to buy a car. There are too many of them out there. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!

Purchased a CX-5 from John Pinkerton in sales. Both he and the entire dealership couldn't have been nicer. I was looking to surprise my wife with a car for Christmas and John and the management team went out of their way to allow me to have the car sitting in the garage Christmas morning ... total surprise for my wife. They even loaned me a huge Christmas bow for it. On top of that the price was excellent without any drawn out haggling - and no hidden charges. They were not the closest Mazda dealer to me but were worth the longer drive.

Arranged to buy a car from the internet info. Credit approved. They offered an appointment to sign every thing at 3:00pm. At 4:07 we're waiting endlessly. No explanation or apology. Plan on it if you deal with this dealer.
