I am trying to schedule a service from the last 2months. No one answers the service number and no call back even after leaving a message.I don’t know whats going on as I tried all the possible options by even leaving the message for a call back to schedule a service by reaching out to front desk. Still haven’t got a call to schedule a service.I want to know if their service department is working?I would give a zero if possible.

2 days I've been trying to call just to schedule service. First time, service department doesn't answer. Second time, service department doesn't answer. Third time, main automated system doesn't even answer. Fourth time, service department doesn't answer, left a message for callback. Fifth time I'll be going elsewhere

Difficult to get through to someone , try to up-sell services don’t need.Tech Texts a video suggesting work other than requested that is difficult to hear, then when you try to call NO ONE answers the phone. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back. Pretty poor service

Bob, Robert & Tamer were very helpful. They explained all of my purchase options in plain language. They were very courteous. This is my second Acura from West Chester Piazza Acura.

I recommend buying an Acura from Piazza Acura, Westchester, PA. Deal with Bob Ruhno. He's been there awhile, is low key, honest and knows the product. Suzi Hendrixson handles online sales, and seemingly works 24/7 based on her quick response time. In addition to Bob and Suzi, the decision to go with Piazza Acura was based on many things. Cadillac did not have a car that met our needs and they were unwilling to contact other dealers. Lexus wanted $1000 up front to look for a car for us. Volvo was out, Idle Stop cannot be turned off. Honda (parent company of Acura) had a great choice, but wanted $2000 over MSRP and offered less for our trade. Their deal priced the Honda that much closer to the significantly better Acura. Piazza Sales Mgr Angela was also straight forward and easy to deal with. I will not deal with Tamer again, he's way too pushy. We have no experience with their Service Dept yet. Go to Piazza Acura and ask for Bob. BTW, the MDX is quiet and very comfortable.

Very knowledgeable staff and eager to help with whatever you need. David Greaves knew everything there was to know about my RDX and gave me an extensive tour of the cars mechanisms at the time of purchase. The paperwork process took roughly 30minutes and everything was explained to me in detail. I personally love my new RDX.

My old car was about to go at any moment. I went to several dealerships before choosing to buy at Piazza Acura of West Chester. The second I walked through their doors, the atmosphere was calm, pleasant and professional. The other dealers I went to were anxious, and trying to take me for a ride. I had no stress at Piazza Acura of West Chester. They were kind, respectful and professional. They truly are worth checking out. I rarely review anything, but my experience with them was way above and beyond in a purely positive fashion, that I feel it would be rude to not let others know that there are still places like this, that employee decent people who want to give customers a quality experience. Thank you again for turning a stressful situation from other dealerships into a positive experience. I love the car I bought from them, and am touched by the level of humanity they have at their dealership.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would! This dealership is the absolute worst. Service and sales. I’ve had a 2023 MDX for 4 months now and I’ve had to bring it in for the audio system to be fixed three times. The level of service and responsive is absolutely awful - all I get are excuses for why there are issues. I will never purchase another Acura again.I find it confusing that I get a new survey request every week from Acura when they’ve done absolutely nothing to rectify my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with my brand new vehicle.

I came all the way from Knoxville, TN to purchase a car from Piazza. Everyone I dealt with was super helpful, honest and responsive. It was an excellent car buying experience. I could not recommend them any more highly.
