I appreciate the time Rich Burns took to give me prices and explain everything about renting a space at Perfect Self Storage in West Chester. I signed a lease as a result. The location looked very clean and well-managed.

I've been renting a storage unit here for the last several months now. I've been extremely happy keeping my stuff at this facility. I know my things are safe, secure, and protected. The management is always very friendly, happy to help, and is super accommodating. I've also visited my unit multiple times and never seen or heard of such things that were mentioned in the other reviews about homeless people living there. I don't believe that. Your stuff will be safe here and they are professional about their property. In fact, I know the management does property walks multiple times a day to ensure the safety of the area. I ended up starting out with a larger unit and then wanted to downsize to something smaller. The management was extremely helpful and accommodating towards this unit move! I don't have 1 negative thing to say about this business. In fact, I recommend them!

We needed a storage unit and Rich was great. He showed me how to get in the unit and went through the paperwork. I would recommend for anyone looking for some extra storage for their belongings.

If you're looking for a clean, safe, organized, professionally managed climate controlled self-storage facility - check out Perfect Self Storage, 815 Paoli Pike in West Chester, PA. A company is only as good as its employees and the good folks at Perfect Self Storage made an excellent decision in hiring Rich Burns as the Property Manager. Rich represents the perfect blend of being personable and professional. Bottom line: the facility is well maintained, the pricing is reasonable and Rich Burns is competent and easy to work with.

I just moved out today after 18 months (when only planning on a 3 month term). Rich Burns has fantastic from start to finish! He treated me as if I was the only customer whenever I contacted the company for any reason. It is was a great place. I could not recommend it more.

Rich was so thorough and kind! He explained everything in full detail and took his time to go through everything for me. He was patient, helpful, and shared personal stories about his life! A great human! I really miss people like this. Needed storage for our college student (WCU) between semesters. Called Perfect storage last minute and they were very helpful. We've used several storage facilities through the years and this was by far the easiest no hassle process. Rich B. is terrific. Storage facility is very clean and temp controlled.

My husband and I will be starting our new home search soon, and wanted to start packing items up, as well as store new furniture items we recently invested in. Rich Burns was fantastic and so very helpful! He made provisions for us to get the unit quickly (just before July 4th weekend!), and made sure we were choosing the right size option for our needs.He was thorough in explanation of how to access, payment options, and policies. I would recommend Perfect Self Storage in West Chester to anyone and everyone in need!
