Richard was recommended to us by a friend when our piano's sound board was damaged. He was able to remove and repair it. He made simple inexpensive suggestions to prevent additional damage. We now regularly have him tune the piano. He is very professional and a well structured business.

Richard is a genius. I love when he does playing of our piano when he is all done tuning it. A Lovely Kawaii Baby Grand ..... It is so lovely, peaceful and so soothing to my ears. I love how he even created his own tools and techniques to make sure your piano sounds its best.

I used to work with Richard and can attest that he has magic fingers. When confronted with problems that would require me to do some disassembly before effecting a repair, he'd reach into tiny spaces and work his magic, often without even needing the proper tools. Time is money!
