TO RYAN ON THE PREVIOUS POST...YOU ARE CORRECT IN ALL YOU SAID...I DROPPED A JACKET OF JAN 31 2022 AND JUST PICKED IT UP TODAY !!! I STOPPED BY TWICE A WEEK AND THEY HAD NOT A CLUE AS TO WHERE IT IS OR WAS...AND THE GUY WAS LOST IN THE STORE....THIS PLACE IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CLEANERS...ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS...NEVER AGAIN...AND IF I WERE YOU I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS...IF ORTH IS READING THIS YOU HAVE MY #..I WOULD BE GLAD TO DISCUSS THIS WITH YOU..ANYTIME

For starters, nobody EVER answers the phone when you call them. In fact, the guy working the register wasn't answering the ringing phone when I was there to pick up clothes. Not only was he a bit unprofessional and rude at drop-off and pick-up, but I tried calling him to let him know that he gave me two shirts that weren't mine (blue men's gingham Jos. A Banks shirts). I don't live close and really have no plans of swinging by that part of WC any time soon, so I guess this guy doesn't really care much about customer service and mixing up other people's items. Fortunately, I counted all mine and nothing is missing.Definitely won't be going back there again.

I do not like to leave unpleasant reviews but after going to this cleaners for years when Betty was the front worker, it was good. But I noticed it started smelling really bad when I went in there. The last time I went I decided never, ever to go again. The offensive smell was overwhelming and could not be ignored and for a cleaners especially, this was unacceptable. I have no idea what was going on behind that wall but it was unbelievably malodorous and the young man working there acted as if he didn't notice. After years of going to this cleaners which is close to my house, I have found a new CLEAN cleaners even though it is much further away .

One of the only delivery dry cleaners in the area. Delivery at times can be delayed due to labor shortages. Also with the hours of ops with other cleaners the pickup and delivery does come in handy for folks who work. Cleaning and prices are ok. The owner is very responsive and is willing to work with you if there is an issue.

Staff was very nice. I was able to pick up my blanket very quickly. My only complaint is the blanket still has dog hair all over it. I really don’t know what a realistic expectation is as far as having a Pendleton blanket dry cleaned is concerned. I know it’s wool and some of the hair is really in there but it looks the same as when I dropped it off. I was just hoping it would look cleaner.

Fantastic service! I had an emergency situation arise and Orth went above and beyond to rectify it...even delivered to my home so that my son would have his suit in time for his hockey game. Great service and great cleaning!

I stopped in to set up delivery/pick up service. I received the text message confirming pick up 4x in advance of each pick up day but no one ever came to pick it up. I called multiple times, was told the owner would call me, he never did. Horrible service!

Here's the experience... I walk in to the store, I'm greeted by a friendly gentleman, he takes my cell number to use as my account number, I give him my shirts, as I'm walking back to my car I get a text message... it's from Orth thanking me for dropping off my clothes. Two days later I get another text that says my shirts are done, come pick them up whenever. Simple, good service, and love the text messaging.

I use the pick up and delivery service regularly. I really like the text message updates that keep me fully updated on my order status. In all my deliveries I received, not one has been late or not up to my high standards. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I have been using Orth for as long as I can remember. They have a helpful and courteous staff. Joyce, who had been there for about 50 years is an absolute doll who treats me like a princess every time I come in. I would highly recommend them.
