My 1st experience with On Time Towing was amazing!!
Sam originally gave an ETA of 75 minutes, but when I said my dog had locked himself IN the car, he made sure he got to me sooner.
He pulled up & it took no more than 3 minutes for him to pop open the door.
My dog & I were grateful!
Thank you so much, Sam! You're a lifesaver!

Listen on time towing is the best towing company in the whole Chester country area. If you need ya car towed don’t go no where else i highly recommend them

On Time Towing are great! I have used them four different times (teen drivers!) and they've been wonderful. One of the tows we had was a tricky one and they took extra care to make sure not to damage anything.

Connected thru Geico road service. After a long wait I called to let them know I wanted to change my destination. They said I had to start a new claim thru Geico. When I did, they refused because "they didn't have the right equipment". I told Geico I would call them back and called the driver. He ghosted me. Did not answer his phone or respond to text. Geico apologized and connected me with UNITED TOWING AND RECOVERY. Night and day difference. Brandon was a sweetheart. Took care of everything with a SMILE. That's who I would recommend.

I called On Time Towing on behalf of the 84yo woman who blew her tire out in front of my house. She was quite frazzled but Sam was here within 35 minutes and treated her with confidence and care. I rarely leave reviews but I truly felt compelled by the experience. Top notch service!

Needed a car moved on short notice. They made a commitment as to when they would be there, and even though there were some other issues, they made a real effort to get it done the day they promised. I was impressed.

Sam was my savior today when AAA didn’t show up after waiting almost 5 hours in 90 temps. He arrived & loaded up my car quickly, was super friendly & even dropped me off at my house after dropping my car at my mechanic. The cherry on top was the A/C he was blasting - felt heavenly! Thank you Sam & On Time Towing! I highly recommend you for your outstanding service!

Five stars for ON TIME TOWING!! Sam was very professional, called me and made me aware of his arrival time. Not to mention his sister and I were best friends and I recall Sam playing with cars as a little one!! Now that little one has grown up and is towing my car!! Great service!!! Thanks again!!!!
