Friendly owners but prices are outrageous. I got a dress hemmed, they charged me $85 for just a hem! The dress itself was $90. I could also see the chalk or some stain where they marked it on the dress when I was wearing it. Regardless we will now be looking for a new dry cleaner as well with those prices.

Just picked up my winter coat from there and it wasn't very expensive for it to be sewn. The man in the store is very nice and very helpful. I will continue to use his services.

Ive grown up in West Chester my whole life, so my family and I have been using On Time Cleaners for years and years... Sports wear, suits, uniforms, dry cleaning etc. They are quick, affordable, and their service is very professional and high quality! I have used them and am very pleased. It's been a long time since I've been able to 'get' extra heavy starch in my shirts. They did it the first time. Bonus is the owners are very pleasant to deal with.Other places have been terrible.

Rude service. Got grief that one of the shirt was still Burton. Also forgot cash and they would not let me pick up order of a shirt and pant because it was $8.80 which is less than their $10 debit card limit. I had to leave and get cash to come back.
