We bought a dining room set we absolutely love, but unfortunately one of the legs broke on one of the chairs - total husband user error and not at ALL related to the quality of the chair (we have a step ladder for a reason.....). Anyway, emailed to see who Krystal (owner) uses to do restoration and she not only emailed me right away but she also called to make sure I received the information. We loooove visiting Old Soul not only for the quality furniture, but the amazing customer service. Thanks, Krystal!

Really great shop. Well outfitted. Nice mid-century modern and more. The owner is an artist and it is obvious from the well-chosen appointments. Reasonably priced.

Saw some cool artwork today and a gorgeous, huge chest. Loved a JFK canvas and some miniature ocean paintings. BUT -- felt like I was snooping in a private home. No one asked me what I might need or want or be interested in. Sad because my master bedroom has just been emptied out and is ready for a major re-do! With new paint and floors, the palette is clean. I'll go back and check out the pink and green pillows I liked. Maybe it was an "off" day because of the snow. There are treasures to be found and the owner has a good eye.

Beautiful. Creative. A feast for the senses. This is an amazing collection of old and new and what to do with old to repurpose in a new way. The owner is so creative and artistic and there is always something to find, even as a hostess gift. My only suggestion would be to adjust the pricing on some of the items to sometimes make them a little more reasonably priced. If you are in west chester you really should check them out. You will be very glad you did. If I had a large interior design project I would complete it with many items from this store. Well curated collection. Worth a visit, worth being a customer

Nicest owners. Excellent display. Funky and fun inventory. Could spend an hour or two looking at all the interesting items tucked away. Great music and all around ambiance. Love the way they have staged homes for sale. Their Instagram is a great follow. Found parking easily.
