-1 for poor customer service, despite the store being empty of customers and employees trying to look busy while fumbling around doing nothing.-1 for poor inventory.-1 for mold on cigars, and some with holes meaning they probably wiped the mold off and tried to sell them knowing better.-1 prices. Many places north of here have better prices on their mid range cigars.No 'top shelf' sticks for sure. Good for the once every 2 years smoker.Edit per response: cars have MSRPs. Retail items have retail prices. And admitting all your cigars are Retail prices isn't a flex. If you guys didn't ignore me in the store, unlike now for 'some' reason, I would have gladly shown you your molding cigars. A good shop would ask for it, not get defensive.

Honestly, if you are ever in the area this is a must visit shop. Staff were AMAZING! It's a BYOB, and they have all the chilled glassware you could need. Helpful, friendly, and accommodating are the words I would use to describe this place. These folks made it feel like home.

I was looking for a nice lounge to call home when I'm in PA visiting family, and a few of the lounges left a bit to be desired. Thanks to some good accurate reviews on Yelp I ended up here, and I couldn't be happier. Friendly guy working the counter, and really nice clientele in the lounge. The lounge had great ventilation, especially with it being so cold outside and the heat being on (I've been to some lounges where the smoke hangs low when the heat is on). I can't recommend this lounge highly enough! If you are a cigar smoker and you are in the area, make this one of your stops!

Old Havana Cigar Comoany is a good cigar shop with a great selection of cigars as well as a cool and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and help find you the perfect cigar for you to enjoy. I would I d definitely recommend a visit here.

Great store, friendly and helpful staff, and an overwhelming selection of cigars. As a novice, I always appreciate the recommendations from staff in helping me find my taste preference. I enjoy new experiences, and the variety of cigars in this store never leaves me disappointed. I am usually fully stocked within a few minutes thanks to helpful experts leading me around to help me find a variety of flavor profiles to fill my humidor. Prices are excellent and provide a compelling reason for me to never buy cigars online again.

This is one of the best stocked humidors that I have been to. Awesome selection of top premium cigars. Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, and gave a lot of suggestions as to the strength and flavor profile I was looking for. I am about an hour and a half from this shop, but wish I had a place like this closer. That being said, it was such a good experience, I will most likely make the trip once in a while. Top notch place.

I was here buying cigars as a birthday present for my bro. I don’t smoke cigar so had no clue what I was looking for but the guy at the register is a rockstar he helped me pick the best pack of cigars, an awesome ashtray and a dope lighter that’s supposed to last forever or something like that. Super nice store it’s clean and decorated. If I need to buy more cigars, I’d go here because of how great the customer service is and how well the shop is kept.
