We made specific time slots for vaccine appointments and we waited for 60 minutes before the medical personnel was available to administer the shot. It was similar with others waiting in queue. Well, with this type of process and procedures, I don't think this MinuteClinic service will be around for long.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had Rebekah Laughlin. Not only was she very cold during my appointment, but she carried out unnecessary testing to bring up my bill. She also suggested I buy something over the counter from the store, which I did and it caused more hurt than help. At the end of my appointment she told me she charged the card on file, which was not my card. I asked her to please refund it and charge MY card but she said it was too late. Now I got a bill in the mail because she didn’t even charge the right amount. Very frustrating. Don’t recommend her or the Minute Clinic. AND I got there early for my appointment. It was about a half hour after my appointment time that they called in another patient who got there after me. Waited for like an hour only to be treated horribly. Literally go anywhere else.

We had taken our 4 year old for a covid vaccination. We were called in 10 mins late for our appointment. we were taken to the storage room to get the vaccination since the room we were supposed to be in was being used for a covid test and was not satinized. Although i do appreciate the nurse honestly and overall she was friendly to my daughter . We will not be going to this clinic again due to safely and health issues

Care provider was patient with my son while he got his COVID vaccine. She was friendly, answered his questions, and tried to reassure him about it.

Today, 10/30/2021, I drove 40mins to the minute clinic for a screening as this is one of the nearest to my home, I was fasting since last night, the nurse was on the phone with her boyfriend or somebody, said she could not do it for me because I didn’t have an appointment but on the voucher offered by my company it’s clearly stated no appointment necessary, then she said she was the only one on duty for today, she was behind her schedule already, i was not able to understand what does it mean since I was the only patient there and the screen also shows no present patient. I told her I drove 40 mins to make it there and I wouldn’t take her too long, she told me there is another minute clinic about 20mins away offers the same service and went back to her phone. Never seen this kind of service before, nurse a total liar, I was waiting there for about 15mins, no other patient showed up and she was chatting on her phone amusedly all through the 15 mins. I wish I could give her a zero star.

Very nice and efficient about giving covid vaccine. I'd go back for my booster except I found a CVS much closer to my house.

On Friday July 30 at 1:00 Pm we had a Covid test at 760 miles road CVS, now at 8:30pm Monday August 2nd still no results. Paid $200 today at Frontage lab for a same day results since we were running out of time. Don't believe the CVS website which says results in 24 to 48 hours. No star review!

Bad experience! I booked my rapid test week before, and Minute clinic just cancelled it on weekend! When everyone are closed!

Was there 2 hrs still didn't see anyone, I have a cold and sore throat. Finally left . Got the impression the person treating people didn't want to treat sick people

I really like this place. It's quick, online appointment scheduling and the doctors are easy to speak with. Ditched my primary because I'm sick now and don't want to wait 4 days. They do get busy and suggest online scheduling vs waiting or just stopping in.

I went to the West Chester Minute Clinic for a UTI, this was probably about my 3rd time going there to get a test and antibiotic. Theresa (the RN), told me she refused to see me unless I agreed to getting my sample sent out for a culture of it didn't come up as positive, I agreed because I knew I had a UTI. Well, from her Ph strip test I "didn't" have one so she had to send out the sample. She also told me that women my age (25) don't get UTI's and that it's highly unlikely for it to happen, it's uncommon (for those who don't know that is incredibly untrue). So, she sent me home without anything. Later that day, I started to bleed and it became incredibly painful. I had to call the CVS Minute Clinic helpline, which all they did was transfer me back to Theresa who then finally sent me a prescription. It's not worth the hassle, especially if you get Theresa. The other women there who have helped me out are much better.

Unprofessional. Obviously had no idea what they were doing. Complete misdiagnosis, causing a huge panic for absolutely no reason. Also, said they would not do a simple procedure because they did not have enough time, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Do not go here, worst experience ever!
