Customer service is absolutely horrible
I brought in my Mimi Cooper on a Friday I was told it would be done on the following Monday. So I then call looking to speak to my service advisor Caroline, I made my first call at 11am no answer, I then called around every hour looking to speak to her still having no answers from her.At this point I’m thinking she must be amish because she’s never picking up the phone.Finally after numerous hours of calling she’s called me back at 3:38pm (I called 14 times)
Telling me my car won’t be done today in fact it most likely don’t even be done Tuesday because nobody has even though to start working on it.I understand I’m not the only person looking to get work done on there car
But I was told it would be done on Monday afternoon.But what really pisses me off is that Caroline is never available to answer the phone
I looking to pay well over 3k on my car.
( nothing major, my car drivers perfectly fine it just has some issues
But I can’t even speak to a service advisor without getting sent to voicemail

SHOP Dearship repairs before you go with their proposal, unless you are filthy rich!Last week I brought my Countryman to Mini West Chester in for inspection. the check engin was on)( Their $190 diagnostic indicated several issues, one being an exaust leak coming through the flex pipe. Their quote to replace and repair was $917. I called around and Red Run exaust in New Holland siad it would be around $200, already a HUGE difference! I dropped it off Sunday night and Monday afternoon it was completed.....THE FINAL COST $97!!!!!!THIS DEALERSHIP PRICE WAS ALMOST 10X!BOTTOM LINE IS; DEALERSHIPS MAKE THEIR $$$ ON SERVICE DEPTS TO THE EXTREME ON MANY OF THE ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE REPAIRED. They also give you a check list of recommended service that you can likley also have done elsewhere by a similarly qualified mechanic. Many BMW/higher end vehicle certified mechanics can be found elsewhere and are more affordable. DO your homework!They did do a nice job cleaning the car.

I brought our MINI for routine service and oil change. Service was good. They communicated through text messages and video clips throughout the process. The waiting area/ show room was nice.

Efficient dropoff at 7:40 AM. Car ride home and back arranged. Video of mechanic going over the car received. Approved recommendations. Update on the car sent. Invoice paid and car pickup before 5:00 PM. Car had been vacuumed. It was too cold to wash it that day. I appreciated the efficiency and workmanship. I have a 2017 mini clubman and it needed some maintenance and it was going to be an expensive bill. Preston and the entire team at Ottos mini worked together to get the car fixed at a reasonable price. They treat me as family there. I am generally happy to pay the upcharge at this dealership because the service is so good. Customers get drive out with a loaner Mini, communication is impeccable, they make it seamless and easy. Not. This. Time. No loaners were available—they told me to tow the car in and it would probably be ready in about two days. It took twice as long. I had to rent a car. Sounds as if their fleet has been cut so this may be the future and not a one off too.Services: Auto battery replacement

we had striping put on my 2018 john cooper works countryman. it looks fantastic. your service did exceptional job. it's perfect. your service dept. employees are the bomb. Preston was right on with the application process, kept in touch with us & with pictures thru the process. I am sooo very happy with the new look of my countryman. Thank you all so very much. will highly recommend ottos mini.
