Disappointed with Sales team. Visited showroom twice, submitted all the documents and even went through hard enquiry. It’s been 2 days after the hard enquiry & I never heard about the APR yet. Everyone says getting APR details should not take much time.

Updating my review. Recently leased a car in March for 35k, something told me to ask for my contract to see how much everything was and the price on my contract was priced $12k more than what I was objectively sold. Sales man who sold me the car initially never told me that I’d have to pay any additional amounts and was all over the place dealing with other customers to even communicate with me anything else that was added. Mind you it’s been almost 6 months since I’ve had this vehicle, IMAGINEEEE how I feel knowing this now instead of the initial 30 days of
me having it?! Now I’m stuck with a damn near 50k car LEASE that was supposed to be $35k!!! Go else where and ask for an itemized price list, I am pissed. My salesman was Greg Roth. Please avoid at all cost. I went to lease a loaner vehicle 2023 GLC 300 4 Matic. They’re usually a “discounted price” so I leased it for “35k” by Greg Roth in March 2024. I called the sales dept, they said I’d have to pay 7k to break the lease and walk away from the car. No type of courtesy or anything due to his behalf on never communicating anything or giving me a break down / itemized price list! Greg Roth never mentioned anything about me having to pay damn near 50k in total. I am totally disappointed and beyond disgusted with this company. He wasn’t even interacting with me as much due to “running around with other clients”. I should’ve known something was up. Totally upsetting and infuriating.

Lynne Knox is absolutely amazing to work with. Some sales people make you feel like you need to take a shower after meeting with them, some make you feel like you've made a friend in the industry. My experience with Lynne was certainly the latter. She was flexible, knowledgeable and never put pressure on me. She was so transparent, no sneaky fees or crazy upsells like your standard dealerships. So impressed by the way I was treated during this whole process, would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Got a flat Thursday night. Mercedes Road Service picked it up in a timely manner and towed it to Mercedes of West Chester - and I had it back the next day. Mercedes of West Chester squeezed me into what sounded like a very tight schedule. Thanks to Matt Davis

My ML350 was towed to and misdiagnosed by MB of West Chester after it overheated. I was told by Ryan the service advisor that he would check into getting me a loaner vehicle and that he would let me know. I never received a call or a loaner. After 2 days I was told it had been repaired and test driven. I was charged $525.00 for the misdiagnosed repair. After picking up my vehicle for the second time it overheated again on my way home. I had it towed back to the dealership. After about 2 weeks I was told that it was repaired and test driven. I was charged an additional $2300.00 for the second repair. My front bumper was damaged while at the dealership.

Everyone was welcoming at MB West Chester. Our salesman, Mike Finn went above and beyond to help us. My husband is in a wheelchair and we needed accommodations and additional time. Mike made sure we had everything we needed. Such a kind and thoughtful guy. MB dealership is fortunate to have him.

Paid to have a new ABC pump installed $4000+ only to have it fail and require replacing 5 years later. Very disappointed, of course no warranty or recourse.

Very poor experience - service rep didn’t listen to what we asked to be done and performed services we didn’t request then charged us 3x more.
We’ve owned multiple MB and used other dealers service, we won’t be using WC MB again.
