I wasn't aware I needed one for plastic parts and tried to coordinate what I needed with my doctor(s) since I couldn't use the device without the parts. The entire situation was more about a lack of communication with my doctors office staff and myself, and both Michael and Erin helped in giving me assurance, peace of mind, and best of all, the product will arrive tomorrow, just before a holiday weekend.
