I can't say enough great things about McLaughlins. I was directed here by my mom group, and they didn't disappoint. I called and they got me in immediately because I have a very small window of time while my older boys are at preschool. I thought I needed breaks and after checking the car thoroughly Rick informed me it was not my brakes and a very Benign issue and didn't even charge me for the time they spent looking at the car. They have a customer for life and I will be recommending them to everyone I know in the future. Great Business made by Great People. ?

Great service, very trustworthy, and reasonably priced. We have taken all 4 of our cars for the last 5+ years to McLaughlin's Auto. He is straight forward in details and pricing and he's never had any of cars longer than a day. We tried taking our cars back to the dealerships (Hyundai and Subaru) and they were pricey or missed things for inspection/safety that McLaughlin's Auto found and fixed. This is a place with people you can trust!

My car was making a very loud noise. Took it into mclaughlins today to get looked at. It was an exhaust leak. This shop was honest and said they could replace the whole thing and I’d have to pay $1900, but he also advised me that another shop could fix it with welding for a lot cheaper. Took it there and saved $1500. Thanks for being honest. Definitely just gained a repeat customer.Service: Exhaust

Great place to go if you wanna pay almost $800 for rear pads/rotors and an inspection. Not sure how these guys sleep at night. What a racket. I understand labor costs and making a living.. but I don’t understand almost TRIPLING the cost of parts and then selling it to unsuspecting customers. Once they have your car and they know it needs to be inspected, you’re at their mercy.Reference so anyone can fact check:- Brake pads - Part# ACT1212A$60-$70 priced at several vendors… Mclaughlin’s charged $142.36- Brake rotors - Part# 980483FZN (which don’t always need replaced, but they’ll be sure to sell you them anyways)$30-$40 each at several vendors… Mclaughlin’s Charged $80 eachI wish more people knew about cars so they wouldn’t get taken advantage of like this. Very satisfied with my experience at McLaughlin's Automotive Service Center. My car needed its annual inspection and Rick got me scheduled the next day. He explained what service my car needed, which I had anticipated, and they took good care of me getting the work done in the same day I dropped it off. Would not hesitate to recommend.Services: Tires
