My daughter and I shopped for and found her wedding dress at Malena's this past week. Malena and her staff just blew us away with their creativity, knowledge and amazing customer service. The dresses we saw were each unique and wonderful - what a collection Malena has gathered. A wonderful experience, in every way.

My favorite vintage store to buy and sell. The selection is amazing and the staff are so friendly. They always contact me when they find bohemian garnet jewelry which I collect. I have been a customer for almost 10 years.

The selection was weird in my opinion. On top of that I smiled at the employees upon walking in and they just stared at me for a second before proceeding to ignore my existence. I looked around briefly and the vibe in there felt so awkward I couldn't get out fast enough! I see I'm not the only one to mention this in review. In an age with so many options service always stands out, and there wasn't even the bare minimum here. It's not like they had such an amazing selection to make up for it that would draw me back.

DECEITFUL ETSY LISTING!!!The pictures were all altered to make it appear a bright cherry red when in truth, it was a muted brick red. The jacket measurement bust and waist measurements were off by 4' inches. I showed my tailor who told me it'd be an entire rework so I messaged the seller for a return with pictures showing the inaccuracies. Not only was she incredibly rude, but she took ZERO accountability then acted like she was doing me a favor by accepting a return for it being outside her "3 day return policy" which was listed NO WHERE in her shop. Even though I ended up keeping the suit as I needed it for something specific, I can't stress enough to shop elsewhere! Buying new vintage should be fun, no one deserves to be treated disrespectfully for calling a shop out on their mistakes when you've spent money with them.

I had the most incredible experience shopping at Malena's Vintage Boutique for the first time on 8/16/22. The boutique is charming, well lit, beautifully organized, and staffed by absolutely wonderful people.The quality of customer service is second to none, as staff are extremely attentive and personable without being even a touch overbearing. As I walked around the store collecting items I wanted to try on, my items were taken to a separate rack so I could continue unencumbered. One employee was so lovely that she noticed a pattern in the clothes I was picking up and showed me other pieces I may be interested in. I was also made aware that should I struggle to find what I am looking for, staff will happily go in the back to check the undisplayed items for something I might like. One of the best things about the boutique is how fairly priced everything is. Customers with a variety of budgets are bound to find a piece or two they absolutely love. At the end of my visit, there was some confusion with the price of a stunning Italian wool cardigan I wanted to buy. The owner was beyond generous when confirming the final amount when she had every right to charge more for such a high quality piece. Suffice it to say that I am now committed to returning to Malena’s Vintage Boutique every season and I could not recommend this place more.

Stopped in this morning to check out this shop after picking up my ring at Big Diamond Importers, which I highly recommend. Malena's looked like a cool shop that I've been wanting to check out. Walked in and the two girls behind the counter looked up then looked right back down. Not even a hello. I was like, ok, I think I get what's going on here. Wanted to check out the clothes but feeling so unwelcome, only looked at a few things. I made a pass right by the counter and neither girl even acknowledged my presence. What a complete and utter turn off. I lived in WC throughout the late 80's and 90's. Moved away and I'm back now after about 15 years. No doubt, town has always had charm and is absolutely lovely now. But unfortunately, with that has come much pretentiousness. Will not be back to this shop. I'm giving two stars only because it looked like they had some cool pieces and I still love the town of West Chester.

So great. I love vintage clothes and they had a good selection. A little pricey but sometimes you pay more for hard to find things. They have a fitting room too.

This store is really what vintage boutique shopping is all about! I am always drawn in by the amazing and creative window displays and my love for all things Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and one of a kind estate jewelry- but at a fraction of the original price. This store never disappoints, and the owner, Malena, is so knowledgeable and sweet. It's not one of those tacky and overwhelming vintage places where you have to sift through boxes and racks of dirty clothes from the 80s and 90s- you can tell every item in the store has been individually selected, which gives the whole place a curated feel. Treatyoself and check it out- you will thank me later.
