Christine did a beautiful job for my daughter's wedding. Flowers were fresh, delivered to both venues on time. Her bouquet brought in such pretty hues of fall color and the table vases at the restaurant in matching shades were just what the bride wanted. They brightened up the room!

I have ordered flowers from Lorgus for 2 years now. They get the order straight, do a lovely job, they're always nice to me on the phone and my Aunt loves the flowers. Excellent service but they are a busy shop. Also I call them directly and everything goes smoothly.

Ordered a special arrangement for a best friend's funeral and it was nothing like what what we wanted or what she told us she was going to do. What we got was very small and totally disappointing. I will never go there again and suggest you don't either. So sorry a no star option isn't available.

I would give them a 0 for review. My mother die in December during Covid I need a a last minute flower arrangement to be send to st church fir her funeral service I went to the store 15 mins before closing and I got was a lady complaining g that it was almost closing g time that she has to be somewhere in a few mins. No empathy knowing that our mother has just die and I needed a flower arrangement. She kept complaining g to a lady in the phone how we got there at the last mi Ute and she has to take an order and that she was going to be late. I asked her for roses and she said to me well all I have is carnations and going have to make a few phone calls to see if I can get roses. She was the most horrible person I have encounter in my life in this giving situation. My mother just die of a heart attack. I was broken-hearted atkeadt she could I’d shown some kindness and empathy but no she rushed us out of her store. We got the arrangement and it was all carnations mind you I paid $200 fir carnations no roses. Horrible person. I hope god has mercy on her souls
