One of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. My sales associate Ryan, finance manager Chris, and the GM Bill, were the most professional and personally warm individuals you could ever imagine. I buy a lot of vehicles, this is not what I typically see in the industry these days. Truly a breath of fresh air. Though this was a long drive for me, I will be dealing with this group again, and again.

I recently had a challenging experience with my previous Volvo XC90, which was totaled through no fault of my own. However, I've found great joy and relief in my new Range Rover Sport, thanks to Rich Spor at West Chester Land Rover dealership.
Rich provided me with all the information I needed, displayed genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Despite him mentioning his new role in sales role, Rich,s confidence in the vehicle's performance and his professionalism were evident. He really made the process for my first Range Rover purchase smooth and easy for me.

I worked with Ryan Kahl to buy my 2024 Sport and I couldn’t have been happier. He was so easy to communicate with, had an answer to every question I had about the car, the process and the timeline of getting my vehicle. He made it a breeze to get everything I wanted in my car. I love the folks here. The purchasing experience was straightforward and relaxed with no pressure. The service team communicates very well and runs efficiently to get the vehicle back on the road. I feel very fortunate we have such a fantastic LR dealer in this area. If you're considering the brands, this is definitely a dealer worth considering.

After purchasing almost 1 million dollars in Range Rovers from this dealership I would absolutely NEVER use them again thanks to the ridiculous and rude treatment I received from Bill at West Chester Range Rover. Extremely unprofessional.

**An absolute joke of an experience**
I drove an hour and a half to see a vehicle that I was told was still available, only to find out after I arrived that it wasn't ever available. I also wasted over an hour getting an insurance quote on said vehicle.
The salesman, Ryan Kahl, was incredibly unapologetic, condescending, and even went as far as to ask me if I "only wanted the car for its appearance?". Which seemed like a pretty ironic thing to say from someone who sells "luxury cars" for a living.
I arrived with a vehicle to trade in, a significant down payment in hand, and already pre-approved for well over double the price of the vehicle I wanted to look at. Instead of trying to make things right, or show me other vehicles, he treated me and my father like we were not worth his time. This is a valuable lesson on why you do not judge a book by its cover. I won't ever waste my time here again.

This is the worst of all Land/Range Rover dealerships. Do not buy from here. Tom the Manager is a Crook and will not honor deals he makes with people and will try to delay closing a deal to find someone he can charge a higher price to. He is very disrespectful, arrogant and not professional. The other sales team members never answer their phones and everyone is lazy always trying to push off working on your issues until tomorrow. This is a terrible business and very unprofessional!
