Efficient and cordial, no complaints. I walked in without an appointment on a Monday 9:40 and was out by 10:10 even though several people were waiting. Two women working. Simone did a painless job drawing my blood.

My experience interesting but worth mentioning, thanks to Wendy stepping up and taking control. I was first through the door, and at the kiosk, and sat down. the 2nd and 3rd person through the door got called back to be processed, so i got up and asked why. Wendy was very polite and asked I get in the open processing cubical. After apologizing she processed the second person moved right over to me and processed me. it appeared like the kiosk picks the process order, not how you go through the door. another note: Wendy was the only person at the front desk area processing a lot of people, (it was nearly full when I left.)

The two women at the front are the sweetest. I’ve had to get bloodwork every 48 hours & they’ve been quick & efficient, & so kind during the whole process. Always choosing this location!

I know it's a place to get blood drawn, but the past two times I've gone it has been a quick, easy and relatively painless experience. The employees who have helped me out were efficient, friendly, and professional. Especially the one lady, she took the time to calm down a very terrified teenager while also getting all the tests done safely. Again it's a place to get your lab work done, but the people here make it less awkward, scary, and are extremely efficient.

I was appalled by what I witnessed today at this location. I walked into a woman yelling we can take this outside. Very hostile . I thought it was a patient ,then realized it was one of the workers. She was yelling at her coworker. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing she was getting louder and louder . Very unprofessional. I will no longer be coming to this labcorp

I was there last week for a blood draw and Erica was the woman that was supposed to help me. She was distracted, rude, and unprofessional. When I brought up the fact that she was hurting me, she completely disregarded what I said. She didnt verify my information either. I told her where to draw blood from and she didnt listen. Honestly, I dont know how she works in the public with the attitude she has. I have used this location in the past and had much better experiences with some of the other girls there. This was my first bad experience and I dont know if I will be back. She absolutely needs to be retrained.

I went to this labcorp for the first time. I was in the hospital for 4 months and had blood taken from my hand everyday. When I instructed Danielle I prefer to have it drawn from my hand she said she doesn’t like taking it from hands. She tried and was unsuccessful so she laughed and said next time someone tells you they don’t like taking it certain way you need to listen. You can’t miss her she has the prison tattoos on her hands and neck. DO NOT GO HERE.

My experience was great! Whoever gave bad reviews, you were probably rude to the employees, because omg, those girls are extremely pleasant, and know how to take blood pain free. They were nice to my kids, I had no wait,no appointment...I also let Shakera know she has a ton of great reviews

I have been to this location twice as a walk-in and the ladies here are fantastic. My GI doctor ordered a few labs that were not the normal stuff they see everyday. Shakera needed to look in several places for the approriate codes and was extremely friendly and professional when she could have easily been quite annoyed as there were several of them. After she heard I was a hard stick, she stepped aside and let her coworker, Sarah do the draw. I GREATLY appreciate someone who is self-aware can set aside their ego and allow someone else to do the draw.About a week later, I needed to go back for a re-draw because the lab needed to re-do it. Again, Shakera was there and remembered me from last time. She went through all of the recent paperwork and could not find the redraw papers. She instructed me what to do and how to get that paperwork. I went outside and was able to get the paperwork faxed. Danielle let me sit in a computer chair rather than the waiting room. Again, greatly appreciate that they didn't throw me back into the waiting room at the end of the line. Shakera had me use heating packs on my veins and Danielle got the butterfly needle and hit my veins on the first try. No pain, no marks, no brusing.Greatly appreicate these ladies! I will for sure be returning to this location. Both times there were several people in the waiting room. They could have easily just fished for veins and left me waiting for a long time for a redraw.

I was skeptical of the reviews, but I've been coming here for the past two years and they've always been pretty efficient with everything. I usually make an appointment for the afternoon if there are no morning slots available and then try to get there early in the morning on the same day, around 7:30-45. 4 stars only because one guy that took my blood was watching anime or something in a separate room before he did my blood work and I was the only one there. A little strange but it's all good, he did my blood work and I was on my way.
