I have curly hair. Requested a jawline angled bob and brought a picture. My hair is ruined, looks horrible! She cut it super short on one side so I had to have the other side cut short to try to match. Now my hair is to the middle of my ear. Nothing else could be done. My summer is ruined. I'm also interviewing for jobs. Thanks a F'ing lot. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I had such a fantastic spa day here with my two girlfriends, getting massages facials. Booking our services with Dan was so easy. He answered all of my questions and was just truly delightful to talk to! The day of we received amazing massages with Kendra (she made a half hour feel like a full hour!), and wonderful facials with both Maggie & Olga! We can't wait to come back, thank you again!

I am so please with my French manicure that I got done for my birthday. The staff was so friendly and kind. Jordan did a fantastic job - my nails look so beautiful. I will definitely come back!

Had a massage and facial today at La Difference. It was amaaaaazing!! Everyone was so friendly, it was very clean and so incredibly relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. My mom, sisters and I had a lovely day! Thank you!!

For my birthday,I got appointment for massage, arrived 15 m before, waited 45 m , asked how long I have to wait? They tall me 20 m longer. Waist my time, bad mood, I left. Disappointed.

I had my hair colored with the balayage technique not too long ago, and although it came out the color I asked for, I just wasn’t loving the tone for me. I recently moved to West Chester and was in search of a place to touch up my hair color before my company headshot photo next week. I was referred to La Difference Salon & Spa by several people on a local Facebook group. I called and was warmly welcomed by Dan who offered me a same day appointment with Kelly that had opened up because of a cancellation. Kelly was amazing and my hair color and cut is perfect! It’s exactly what I envisioned and I’m thrilled it came out so well. Their prices were extremely reasonable, too. Dan was there at the front desk when I arrived and just as helpful and welcoming in person as he was on the phone. I will definitely be back in the future!Services: Haircut
