We got a 2012 f150 with 100k miles and it has been nothing but great. Super easy process, good family. Would recommend to anybody in Chester County area looking for exotic,sports,trucks, or luxury vehicles. They also lowered my vw a few years back and did a great job for the lowest price around.

We purchased an older suv here almost a year ago. The first few weeks we had several issues pop up - all were fixed at no cost to us. The car was affordable and we’ve felt comfortable and safe driving it for the last year. The process of a cash purchase was very easy, no one tried to upswell us into a different vehicle.

3 weeks ago I walked into their establishment looking for a new vehicle. I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted but I knew It had to be an Audi!
They had 3 on the lot available. When I walked in there was no judgment on what they assumed I could afford and I loved that. The salesman allowed me to look at all of them and sure enough I found my baby!!! She was clean inside and out eventhough they wouldn't let me leave without washing her again ?. He assured me of the quality in the vehicle and they did a final overview with their mechanic and made sure the inspection was up to date and fluids were topped off!
Eventhough I did not finance the vehicle, the purchase process went smoothly! And within an hour I was on the road in my new A7 ?.
Ive purchased plenty of vehicles in my time and this was the easiest one yet and I truly believe had I financed it they still would have given me the best experience ever!
If I need another vehicle in the future I'm definitely driving the hour and 20 minutes to choose from their lot!

Found 3 cars online at CarFax we were interested in. First car met our criteria. Took it for a test drive. Had a couple of issues but they fixed them all. Good experience.

Buyers beware! The seller/dealership was not honest regarding the state of the car. It said "rust free" in the advertisement. Since we were out of state, the seller conducted a virtual inspection when we called the dealership, but he omitted any frame rust, despite our repeated requests and our knowledge that such situations are common for such vehicles. He assured us, though, that there is no rust. We sadly went ahead with the transaction nonetheless. After we received the car, we took it to our local dealership for an examination. They found that the rear chassis was completely rusted through and advised against towing or loading anything substantial there, along with the fact that both front wheel bearings urgently needed repair. Although we blame ourselves for not physically checking the car before buying, we have in the past bought cars from across states and had fantastic experiences with them because they exhibited higher levels of openness and honesty compared to this particular seller/dealership. The reason for the ranking of two stars is that we did get in touch with the seller/dealership after making several tries, and we did receive a small reimbursement from them for the repairs made to the car. I'm hoping this will benefit prospective customers and their anticipated interaction with this dealership.

I’ve never run into a car dealer like Jonathan’s Auto Outlet, AKA D.A.R.E., on Boliver St in west Chester PA. They get A+++.My wife and I helped our granddaughter pick out a used 2004 Hyundai Elantra GLS with about 92000 miles. We saw the car online at the dealership. This was an as is sale, but came fully inspected with Jonathan’s promise the car would be in working condition coming off the lot. They also provided a 3rd party 90 day after market warranty on the power train.The list of issues we had with this car is extensive, and includes Transmission transaxle seal, radiator fan not running/ overheating, emissions evap leaks, canister and purge valve replaced, gas feed pipe corroded/replaced, many wiring and electrical issues and they replaced the PCM - twice! The first replacement PCM was defective and lit up the check engine light with no code at all. Hours were invested checking wiring and OHMing out the wiring harness, making many wiring repairs as they went. As quickly as one issue was resolved, another problem developed. There were issues so confounding that they booked a consult with Hyundai to help resolve them. Ultimately the consult wasn’t needed as they resolved the many wiring and other issues. While this was going on, they offered to take the car back and get our granddaughter into another car but she stuck with the Hyundai. Finally, after all repairs completed, the oil pressure sensor failed, so they ordered a replacement part from Hyundai. You can’t make it up! The amazing part of this outcome is that they took care of all this themselves, they didn’t charge us a thing. They just wanted to make sure that the car they sold us was right off the lot and that we were happy. John, Laura, JT (you’re the best man!), Brad and. every other person who worked on this car, Thank you! It’s been a pleasure working with people of such honesty and integrity! I recommend you to anyone who will listen!
