The only thing I can say is that the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. Didn’t explain exactly what the issue was so I told him I’ll come and pick up the van when I went in there the owner was there. He then explained the situation so I was like OK I’m gonna pay for it. I’ll let you do the job, insulted me as well as her they just wouldn’t let it go , there’s so many shady automotive places I’m not saying that about them, but I just paid for my diagnostic and left
I really didn’t wanna leave a bad review, but I was very humble when I went in there and they stilll were very rude

This is a great place to use. Very knowledgeable they make appropriate suggestions about maintenance for your vehicle to promote longevity and reliability of your car. Plus it’s a good idea for everyone to use a local business. You get to support people who are your neighbors and not some random corporation who’s ownership is probably in another state.

Company you want to do business withGreat work, friendly, informative and most important people you can trust! We suddenly had large oil leak and weren’t sure we could drive the car. Rich got us in immediate even though they were busy. Car diagnosed and fixed right away. Would have been days at a dealer who would have charged us huge $ for major repairs. J&W found and fixed what turned out to be a minor issue. This is just one example. Have been going to them for years for multiple cars

Exemplary service! The team swiftly identified my engine shut down resulted from faulty wiring inside a knockoff/counterfeit taillight I purchased off Ebay. There was no costly transmission problem after all & they rewired the light and got me back on the road in one day!
