Our salesman, David, was very kind and patient as we came to our decision. He walked through the car with us in detail and didn't pressure us into buying anything. I felt at ease working with David and highly recommend him for all your Infiniti needs.
The dealership was very clean and organized. My only recommendation is that they provide snacks for customers as other luxury car delarships offer this.

I bought a certified pre-owned 2019 QX50 from here in Sept. 2021. The vehicle was in mint condition with 25k miles. I took it back for an oil change out of guilt because I hadn't had one since I purchased it. At that time, the car had only maybe close to 30 k, if that. The car was almost a year old and hadn't had an oil change. Took it in, I was ready for their "recommendations" but I knew my car didn't need a thing but a car wash.LOL Because it was a certified pre-owned, the oil change was free of charge. "Thank you very much"! Here's where the problem lies.... In Sept 2022, my tire light came on reading flat tire, visit dealer. I then went to a friend who has a tire business and he plugged a very TINY hole, light still on. Sooo I made an appt. at Ardmore Infiniti because it was closer to my house and I was still uncertain about driving a distance. Decided to get my annual inspection since that was up in November. Got to Ardmore and about an hour into my visit, I got a text $700+ estimate. WHYYY? The verdict was that I needed a new tire and breaks. I felt scammed!! I really did, so I questioned and questioned some more. Remember, I said I had just visited West Chester, well that was in July 2022 and it's now Sept. and I need breaks? I was told my breaks were at a 7 in July and now they were at a 4or 3. Who dropped the ball at this location? When the service manager asked me if I trusted them, what do you think my answer was? Oh and that tire I needed? Lies? I had to call the guy who plugged that very same tire and 15 mins later, he arrived at the service dept. Oh I forgot to mention, he is an Infiniti owner and knew just about every past and present employee in the service dept. I have NEVER been so disappointed!! Then the story changed to you can get breaks at your next oil change. BTW, I passed inspection too....
