Came here to get work done on my car, was expecting to give an arm and a leg. They told me the issue wasn’t that big a deal and would fix it in no time and for far less then I expected. And got some extra work done too for again, much less than I was expecting. The guy I spoke to was super chill and experienced.

very good service- got an inspection done for a car at a nearby shop. They showed me the car, wrote a great report, walked me through some issues. I felt they went above with service for what I had paid them. Would recommend.

After reading positive reviews I called Matt with an unusual request. I wanted to increase the road clearance on my prius with a lift kit I purchased online. Would Import Intelligence be willing to do the installation for me? They would. While they had my car they installed four new tires, oil change, did the alignment and state inspection that was due. All for a reasonable price - in one day. The car rides like a dream with the new tires. They will be my service provider going forward.

Been going here for years!! I have several vehicles of various brands. I bring them all here! I've even brought some in for mild aftermarket performance related work. I've never had any issues with any of their work. They have done work on my cars from very simple to full crazy tranny work. They are honest, great, have fair pricing, and just know what they are doing!

Terrific team to work with!Recently took my car to the Honda dealer for suspension problems, and received a quote for the work. I immediately called Import Intelligence and spoke with Kate, I explained the work that was recommended, and she called me back within minutes with the estimate for the work. We scheduled the date for the work, and it was all completed as promised. The cost of repairs were HALF of what was quoted from the dealership! After picking up the car yesterday, it felt like I was driving a brand new car.It is definitely worth the 1 hour drive from South Jersey to get my repairs performed. The entire staff is amazing!!

It’s Monday morning at 8:30am and I’ve got a flat tire. I’ve got to be at work by noon and I’m stressed out.I call the owner Matt at import intelligence and Matt says, Ron come right in - I’ll be waiting for you! Matt takes a look and the tire is damaged beyond repair. (quietly, I’m worried about driving on the spare tire). Matt goes to work on the phone and finds my tires.The technicians begin preparing things in advance of the tire delivery so when the order arrives they are ready to go to work.The ties arrive and it begins to feel less like a car service and more like a pit-stop!I’m going to be at work early - in my own car -with the security of driving on safe ties.It’s just a standard day for the team and Matt, but for me- it’s a big deal.Here’s the bonus- they will not only save you time but money as well.I have been a customer for many years and I highly recommend Import Intelligence.

My experience with Import Intelligence was one to make me a customer for life. My 06 350z convertible was a bit of a struggling project car. Multiple codes and a 2k limp mode. I spent weeks attempting to fix it myself, swapping parts and sensors to no avail. Defeated, I took it to the dealer who couldn't figure it out either. My last ditch effort was to call around and see of maybe there was someone out there who could take on the challenge and on my 10th call, I talked to Kate and knew right away I found the right shop. Matt is hands down a genius. He was able to diagnose and fix my Z which has been an absolute joy to drive since. If you love your car and want it treated so, this is the shop for you. I live in central PA and was only in town for a few hours, and while I was there my brakes totally went out. They were able to fit me in and replace my brake lines and both front brakes in the time I was in town, and communicated clearly with me the entire time. I was able to get on the road for a 3 hour trip back home without any delay. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area!

This was my first experience at import intelligence. They repaired my vehicle for half the price of 2 other shops I called. I needed a steering rack replacement on my 2009 Honda crv due to a ruptured seal after an accident. My crv has 270k and while still being a relatively dependable vehicle I did not want to invest a lot on its repair. Did you ever meet a person who you knew couldn’t lie to you? This is Matt, the owner. From our first conversation he pointed out the advantages of getting a used rack with low miles over a rebuilt. Then he acquired the part for me and during the installation he noticed another issue I needed to address and quickly called me for approval. I do not say this lightly. Being a marine from the Vietnam days it felt like I was talking to a brother. All of you x military know what I’m talking about. Matt is the real deal. Honesty, integrity, knowledge and skill. Not to slight Ron, his associate, who is an ace as well. Go there you won’t be disappointed!

Awesome mechanic shop! Had an oil leak, suspension, coolant leak, and timing belt replacement taken care of on my vehicle. Matt provided an honest assessment of my vehicle and was able to take care of everything in a quick and timely manner. Thank you again for your help!Services: Oil change
