I spent $100 on a product that didn’t even last a week. I called the store explaining I have the receipt and everything from the original packaging if I could do a simple exchange last thing a return. but they told me they don’t do returns nor do they have warranties, so it makes me think what’s the point of a receipt. They then told me good luck ?

As being a customer since the store has opened, it saddens me deeply to say they have no customer service skills, what so ever. I was sold a broken product, they recognized it was broken but wouldn’t do a thing about it.
