“I’ve been coming to this location for almost three years. The front desk is always helpful beautiful face and smiles. The cleaning crew always polite and helpful. I never complained or got treated unfairly ?? So thank you West Chester Holiday Inn express for always being available when a need a place to stay. “Friendly staffing, quiet peaceful building, nice rooms, however, the bed i used wasn't comfortable.
Would love to see that issue resolved. A comfortable bed makes a big difference.”

“Stayed here on Valentine's Day. My boyfriend thought he had booked a room earlier in the week through Booking.com and it didn't go through. I happened to be mentioning our plans at Applebee's and the owner, Brian, was there and overheard. He had originally offered to comp us a few drinks but upon finding out we didn't have a reservation, he gave us a room. It was super nice and I wanted to give him a shout out and thank him again for saving our Valentine's Day. We owe him big time. It was a lovely stay (we are local). Thank you for everything, we will be back.”
