I ordered something, and immediately needed to cancel. I called their number and the voicemail was set up but no one answered. I tried to use 3 different forms to cancel the order from their website and none of them worked. I sent emails with my information and the order number to cancel and no one responded or canceled my order. I would absolutely not recommend this company. It seems like no one gives a s*** about customer service, they say you can cancel - but give you nowhere TO cancel your order.

Ironic that their website advertises "Excellent Customer Service!"I waited 2 months for my order, and when it arrived I only got one of the four hinges I ordered. When I wrote to customer service I was immediately refunded the cost of the missing items (which is good), but what I expected was to have them ship the missing items to me instead (keep in mind, there was no discussion, they just issued a refund).Now I'm stuck with one hinge instead of the four I need. So I basically paid them $15 to ship one hinge that I can't even use, and I'll have to pay $25 to get three more to complete my project (and it will probably take another two months).Granted, I'm not exactly a big customer (3 hinges probably didn't even pay for the effort to issue the refund), but all the same, I would have expected more from "Excellent Customer Service!"

This website is a rip ogg an I would not suggest ordering from them.They misrepresented a wall shelf.I ended up with just a long metal piece.What was I gonna do with that?I called an emailed an msged on the site an never got a response to get my money back.False advertising!!! Having it investigated thru my credit card company an pay pal!!!!

No, No, No. Catalogue confusion. Customer service didn't understand the item. It took a threat of cancellation to get them to ship - after 2 weeks. I finally had to go directly to the manufacturer of the hinge to get the right part.

I really wish that I could give zero or negative stars. I am trying to get tracking information on an order that I placed and I am getting ZERO response. I have called and left messages (of course you can never speak to an actual human) as well as contacted them on their "online help" or lack there of. I am a purchaser for a commercial fabrication shop and have a contractor anxiously awaiting my answer. I will never purchase from this site again, and would deter anyone from ever using it. Contact me and i will gladly help you find what you need elsewhere at no charge to you!

Wish I would have read reviews before ordering through them. Same issues as other negative reviews. I ordered Accuride soft close slides through a more reputable competitor. Had to order brackets from HomeDecor. As soon as they arrived I had them professionally installed. They installed told me that it does not look like these will work, because there is no locking system, and sure enough, as soon as the first one was installed and the drawer pushed in, the slides fell out of the brackets. Contacted HomeDecor and they will only take them back minus a (bullsh#$) 25% restocking fee. Everything is still in the bag and ready to ship to some other s***** of theirs, and they are charging 25%. If lowes or home depot charged you 25% to return items, they would not have grown to the size they are. Recommendation, do not order a thing from these guys, because anyone that charges a restocking fee tells you that they don't stand behind their products and make all their money on returns.
